Very pleasant staff, great hotel, enjoyable stay, every time.
Pros:

We love the hotel and have stayed there several times. It is always easy to check in. The rooms are always clean and welcoming. The bathrooms are clean and always well stocked with towels etc, and the showers are very roomy and easily accommodate two people at the same time (oooh la la) .
We don't always bother with the breakfast, but on each occasion that we have, it has been excellent. The layout, the food, the service is great.
The local area is very clean and safe, and all shops are within a 500 metre walk.

Cons:

Personally, I have no dislikes whatsoever.
For my wife and myself. this hotel is perfect. It is ideal for a quiet break.

Great choice for excellent value stay within easy travelling distance of London
Pros:

Traditional hotel tastefully decorated, amazingly comfortable bed, excellent evening meal and breakfast, lovely service. It was very handy that the hotel was a stone's throw from the station which allowed us to arrive in central London in around 20 mins.

Stay was excellent would defintely stay again
Pros:

Rooms were very attractive and the bed was extremely comfy. Evening meal was delicious - missed breakfast. All of the staff were etremely courteous helpful and cheerful

Very pleasant option within easy reach of Heathrow
Pros:

It was a good location for an overnight stay before a morning flight from Heathrow (25mins drive). So much nicer than an airport hotel. Room and bed were comfy. Good food options

Cons:

Slight negative was the time it took to get breakfast as it’s made to order. It would be worth asking if you could order the night before, if time is an issue (we had a plane to catch)

Just an incredible all round experience
Pros:

This is a real gem of a hotel to stay at with lovely friendly staff, we felt really at home! The breakfasts were exceptional and we ate several times at the restaurant and the food was always superb!

It was a convenient location for my needs
Pros:

The staff, the room and the general ambience

Cons:

? Crittal window in bathroom did not shut properly and kept blowing open
I was ill after eating breakfast on the second day

Pros:

Rooms are fantastic, well decorated good size, nice bathrooms. No aircon (in out room) which wasn't too much of an issue in the winter but may be different in summer ? Friendly staff.

Cons:

Honestly couldn't think of anything to say that we didn't like
