Super expérience. Hotel de qualité, service au top. Une mention spéciale pour la cheminée dans la chambre qui ajoute un charme exceptionnel au lieu. Super massage ! L’ambiance général de l’hôtel nous transporte hors du temps. Les cocktails étaient très bon.
La partie restauration pourrait être améliorée à la hauteur du lieu.
Breakfast and food were great. It is a beautiful spot. Great birding and exceptional birding guide. Our room looked out into the cloud forest. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great. We will go again.

The property was very nice and well maintained. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The trails were wonderful! We saw plenty of birds and other animals. The staff was very kind and attentive. There were a number of fun amenities at the property. We enjoyed a very relaxing massage! Overall we had a great time.
We did not enjoy the food, unfortunately. We ordered a cheese casserole with beef, which listed in the description "filled with melted palmito cheese topped with grilled picanha", but instead of melted cheese we got a liquid cheese sauce which felt like it was made from a pre-made pouch. The beef was okay. I had pasta but the sauce was way too sweet and very runny (the rigatoni were well cooked though). With such a high price, I expected better. :(

It is a bumpy gravel road to the property.
Beautiful grounds for strolling and exploring/bird watching. The staff was friendly. The individual casitas were very private. We enjoyed our terrace looking out into the forest. Morning bird walk with Jose was great. I had a couple of nice soaks in the tub. Water was not hot but a comfortable temperature. Can't beat the view!
We were in an upgraded casita, #28. But it didn't have enough furniture for 2 people indoors our on the terrace. We had to request outdoor chairs and a table. We had one rocking chair inside and a sofa and a desk chair. We had to request a dehumidifier which really helped with the comfort in the room.

Our stay was excellent; This is probably my fourth visit. We went to have a relaxing experience and rest, and we achieved it. The rooms, all the facilities, the attention of the staff, daily activities, and meals are all great. Thank you.
