The bed is broken and not comfortable
There is no air conditioning
No nets on the windows hence you can’t open it because it will get insects inside and therefore the room smells
The check in hours are no flexible, our airplane got delayed and when we arrived we couldn’t get in because there was no one inside to let us in, so we stayed in another hotel for this night and when I asked for refund they didn’t give it to me.
They said they will send instructions to how to get it but they didn’t

Awful - failure to process refund for broken a/c
Pros:

The property was well located. The arrival instructions were relatively clear. The room was a good size. They arranged earlier check in for a fee. It was free to store luggage before check in.

Cons:

During the height of summer in Rome, when the temperatures were 35-38 degrees outside, the aircon of our room was broken and not fixed. It was evident that this had been broken for some time and yet the property didn’t warn us. There was instead a portable unit which was unsuited to the size of the room - this had clearly been in place for some time with a special curtain made across the window which was open with the outflow air. The temperatures were 26-27 degrees through the night, which was pretty unbearable. We complained and they promised us a desk fan and a partial refund of 60%. Neither materialised. In general, communications from the property were poor - never answering the phone, email or WhatsApp. Before we left, the receptionist wrote us an email confirming that we would get a 60% refund and since we returned have of course they have failed to respond and the promised refund has not been processed. We have been treated very badly.
Finally, the room was not well cleaned/other items were broken (such as a lamp which flashed continuously if used) and the fridge was turned to minimum - the property did not check and so it did not keep milk to the right temperature. I would not recommend at all.

La struttura tutto sommato è una bella struttura bella l’idea di inserire i led nella doccia

Cons:

Come dicevo prima bella struttura ma pessima esperienza camera che doveva essere climatizzata…senza condizionatore ma con un piccolo pinguino che non raffreddava. C’era scritto tv con Canali in pay per wiew ma nemmeno l’ombra e non parlare della reception totalmente assente… in 2 giorni non ho mai visto nessuno, praticamente se passi un guaio ti fanno morire non sono proprio disponibili per nulla.infine frigo bar vuoto e non funzionante

Spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Tried using the bath (which looked nothing like the picture). After about 20 minutes it was only a few inches deep. When we eventually got the water level above the jets for the jacuzzi function the water shot over the top bath so it was useless.

Air conditioning was also poor. A hose through a window attached to an air conditioning machine wasn’t what we were expecting considering the amount of money we paid.

Headboard had several tears/rips in it.

La chambre était très grande et les lits confortables. La sale de bain est bien équipée (sauna).

Cons:

Les climatiseurs au plafond ne fonctionnaient pas. Il y avait un seul climatiseur mobile pour toute la chambre (4 personnes), ce qui était insuffisant pour la rafraîchir.
Le frigo ne marchait pas.

Ruined the visit to Rome!
Pros:

Not a lot... We were very disappointed and expect a refund!!! The air-conditioning was broken and the unit provided in its place was totally ineffective. As a result we had two terrible nights sleep in the room. The fridge did not work and our milk went off meaning coffee facilities were wasted. We could also not cool water in the intense heat. The shower had a smell of the drains and also the water did not run away and the shower filled up meaning we had to stop each of our showers halfway through. The reception was not manned and it took some time to get a response to our enquiries.
