Δεν ήταν ξενοδοχείο. Ήταν Airbnb με κάποιες ώρες εξυπηρέτηση αν χρειαστούν κατι. Αν φτάσεις μετά τις 6:00 φτάνεις στο δωμάτιο σου με οδηγίες και κωδικούς στις πορτες. Η εφαρμογή που θεωρητικά άνοιγε την πόρτα δεν λειτουργοτσε

Très bon emplacement
Pros:

L emplacement est vraiment tres bien , proche de la fontaine de trevi et en même temps bien placé pour ne pas entendre les bruits extérieurs

Cons:

Vu qu il n y a personne de l établissement le soir , nous avons eu des voyageurs d une chambre qui en ont profité pour faire la fête ( cri, musique à fond , jusqu a une heure du matin. Nous sommes intervenus pour demander de stopper la musique ou du moins de la baisser, mais rien à faire vu qu il n y a pas de personnel dans l hôtel . Attention à la description salon.. c est une chambre .

Otelin konumu merkezi yerde. Romada görmeniz gereken her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin asansörlü olmasıda ayrı bir konfor. Ben ilk defa burda kaldım. Temizlik ve çalışanların ilgisi iyiydi.Çok memnun ayrılıyorum. Geleceklere kesinlikle tavsiye edebilirim.

Pros:

This is an incredible place for the price. The staff member was simply amazing. The room and bathroom were a very decent size. Very close to the metro station but it is uphill.

Cons:

There was no door on the shower. But everything else about the room was so great for the price, I wasn't really bothered.

To conclude, it was a nice stay in rome, and the receptionist were lovely. But this guesthouse can't
Pros:

We stayed for 4 days at Escape Luxury Suite.
The room was great, clean and spacious with all the commodities: tea, coffee, minibar...
The bed was large and really nice.
The receptionists were really nice, speak really good english and italian, they advised us a ton of different places to go without too much tourists. And they were really there for us the whole stay.

Cons:

However, when we first arrived, the room lock was broken so we needed to use a key. Minor issue and we were advised of it soon enough.
Then, we noticed that the shower was broken down, with leakages everywhere and the temperature was basically impossible to control as well as the shower mode that were just not working.

We told the receptionist who were really reactive and concerned by the problem.
But when we talked about fixing it, they told us that the maintenance guy operated only in the morning, and we waited 3 days ( basically the last day for it to be slightly fixed)
Then, the second night we were woken up by the entire working crew who were apparently ramming the upper wall producing so much noise that we couldn't even fall back to sleep.
This time the receptionist couldn't really do anything, because the crew wasn't part of their team.
To finish, the day of the departure, the toilets were litteraly leaking on the floor.

We waited for any kind of compensation or commercial act to minimize all of those.
