The staff Vivian and Ryan were exceptional and really are a wonderful asset to this hotel. They went out of their way to give us great information always with a wonderful smile, so helpful and courteous at all times. Upgraded us on arrival which was an unexpected extremely gracious surprise, we could not have been happier. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is a beutiful hotel we will stay there again when we come in February.

Loved everything about the stay; the team led by Vivian was spot on with everything. Supported change in our situation with flexibly helping book an additional day when our cruise had to be cancelled, looked after us, were polite and keen to help in everything. The hotel itself is located at a stone’s throw from all the key Old Quarter places and we were so very well looked after by them. Got given recommendations and also kept getting checked on for any needs. Really happy to see Vivian and team loving what they do and be really good at it. Thank you so much and we will visit again for sure.

It’s a 4-star hotel with the a 5-star service! Location was 10/10, my bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was also decent. It’s a newly renovated hotel and really good value for the price. All the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Vivian , Ryan, Duc Anh and all their chef. They even sent me off when I left. Will recommend to my family and friends and will definitely book the same hotel when I go back to Hanoi. Good job, guys! :)

Good location

We spent only a few days at this hotel, but from the very first moment, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. After a long journey and a tight travel schedule, this level of care meant so much to us. We were even given a room upgrade, which we truly appreciated...such a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay.

The staff were incredibly attentive and dedicated, always making sure we had everything we needed and helping us navigate our travel plans with ease. Their sincerity made us feel like we were coming home, even when far away from home.

A special thank you to Henry, who supported us throughout our stay and ensured everything was perfect. Also to Phuong Anh for her friendliness and warmth during breakfast, Ryan at reception for his professionalism and helpfulness, and Vivienne, whose sweet smile and positive energy brightened every day.

These wonderful people turned our short visit into a truly memorable experience. We are so grateful for their hospitality and will definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit Hanoi.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience during our stay in Hanoi. This hotel truly stood out, not just for its comfort and location, but for its incredible team of people who genuinely care about their guests.

Our travel schedule was quite tight, and we often returned tired after long trips around Vietnam. Every time we came back, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles, thoughtful touches, and a level of service that made us feel completely at ease - as if we were coming home rather than to a hotel.

A heartfelt thank you to Henry who continuously checked in with us throughout the week and made sure everything ran smoothly, and to  Phuong Anhat at breakfast whose warmth and kindness brightened our mornings. Ryan and the reception team were always ready to assist with travel arrangements, and Vivianne’s sweet smile and positive energy made every interaction so delightful.

It’s rare to find a place where professionalism meets such genuine care. This hotel doesn’t just offer accommodation - it offers a sense of belonging. For anyone visiting Hanoi, I can’t recommend this place enough. We left Hanoi with full hearts and beautiful memories.
