Localização excelente, na orla da Pampulha em frente ao iate clube, limpeza excelente, roupa de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Café da manhã completo. Estacionamento rotativo.

Cons:

Salão do café da manhã muito pequeno comparado ao tamanho do hotel. Precisamos aguardar na fila que se formou do lado de fora até desocupar mesa.

É um bom hotel e nos atendeu bem
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, porém a localização anterior era melhor.

Cons:

Deveria ter mais um espelho no quarto, só tem no banheiro.
Como estava chovendo, ficamos muito no hotel e sentimos falta de mais conforto na recepção, talvez mais cadeiras, etc.

Nã atendeu as expectativas
Pros:

Funcionários da recepcionistas sem empatia nenhuma , colchōes ruins, paredes do apt sujas, restaurante para refeiçōes sem ar condicionado e comida ruim, inclusive o atendimento. No dia que choveu, na sexta feira, inundou toda a recepção bem como o restaurante. Após termino da chuva o restaurante ainda ficou bem molhado causando risco de acidente com probabilidade de alguém escorregar. Café da manhã ok. Não voltou a me hospedar nessa rede de hotéis.

O atendimento na recepção foi bom

Cons:

Banheiro detonado. A porta do box não fecha totalmente, molhando bastante o piso. Tampa do caso solta. Não colocaram o tapete do banheiro, tivemos que pedir. Só um sabonete minúsculo pra duas pessoas. Toalhas gastas e pequenas. Parte de baixo do box preto, demonstrando pouca limpeza.
Espelho somente no banheiro, que fica embaçado com o banho, gerando desconforto pra mulher se maquiar e se ver na arrumação.
Mesa do café da manhã mancando muito, desconforto até nessa hora.
