tiada cafe seperti disangkakan, minta towel lebih xdapat alasan diberi takut xcukup towel. alasan paling tidak logik pernah sy terima. not recommended at all ye. vending machine jual air snek tah pape xada pilihan langsung. dengan harga mcm tu agak mahal without breakfast. kolam renang xsesuai untuk kids ye. dalam sangat. aras atas perut org dewasa. tah pape laa..pagi trun nk mandi pool tp staff lelaki sibuk nk ptong pkok bunga tepi kolam la,nk siram pkok tepi kolam la,lalu lalang tepi kolam. betul2x merimaskan.

totally not like what we saw on TikTok . Thought there was a cafe or restaurant , but nope. Bedsheet was dirty, found lizard poop in the room, and a hornet literally flew in (found dead) Staff weren’t helpful at all. we complained about the flooded bathroom and clogged pipe twice in person, once via WhatsApp *with pictures*… and still, no response. Only after the 3rd complaint (last day of our stay), they finally came to fix it 🙃 Spent almost RM800 for this? Definitely not worth it. Customer service was a huge letdown.

Pros:

I love the ambience and the pool. Another plus point is that there are lots of good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

There were issues with the toilet. Water came out from the main drain on the floor and the smell was very bad. I think the sewerage tank was and made the water to backflow.

At first impression, Beruntung Ke Bari Resort does have its strengths. The view is genuinely nice and relaxing, making it suitable for a short getaway if you are looking for a scenic environment. The facilities are decent, and one positive highlight is the room size. The room at Beruntung Ke Bari Resort is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate five people, with sufficient space to perform solat berjemaah, which is a thoughtful and practical aspect for Muslim guests.

However, beyond these positives, several issues significantly affected the overall experience at Beruntung Ke Bari Resort.

The swimming pool was particularly disappointing. The pool at Beruntung Ke Bari Resort was visibly unclean, with many dead insects floating in the water. After using the pool, some of us experienced itchiness, which raises concerns about hygiene and pool maintenance. This is a serious drawback, especially for families with children.

Customer service was another major letdown. The receptionist at Beruntung Ke Bari Resort was not friendly and not helpful. Questions were answered with an annoyed tone, giving the impression that guests were an inconvenience rather than welcomed customers. Adding to the discomfort, the receptionist was positioned behind a glass wall, resembling a lottery ticket counter, which felt impersonal and unwelcoming. This setup, combined with the attitude, created a poor first and lasting impression.

What stood out the most, unfortunately, was how overly calculative and stingy Beruntung Ke Bari Resort felt. There were excessive and unreasonable charges for almost everything. Even the smallest things were charged separately, with some fees calculated as absurdly as RM1 per minute. This left guests feeling constantly monitored and nickel-and-dimed, which took away any sense of relaxation or enjoyment during the stay.
