Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich, gute Lage und modern.
Die Mitarbeitern Lucia war SUPER! Sie war sehr herzlich, hat uns in jeder Hinsicht geholfen und hat uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben.

Pros:

Ho trascorso una notte presso Mamalu - Corso Umberto 35 e sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare la città, a pochi passi dai principali punti di interesse e soprattutto dalla fermata metro Università, che velocemente ti fa raggiungere ogni zona della città. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile, e la struttura curata nei dettagli. La camera era confortevole, pulita e ben arredata, con un’atmosfera accogliente che mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio. Anche le dimensioni di tutto rispetto hanno reso il tutto molto comodo e ho apprezzato il fatto che fosse anche molto silenziosa. Arredamento nuovo e di buon gusto, lo consiglio a tutti!

Cons:

Tra gli aspetti meno convincenti, segnalo la parete in vetro del bagno, quella relativa proprio alla doccia, che riduceva la privacy all’interno della stanza e non ti fa sentire a proprio agio nel bagno. Un piccolo accorgimento in questo senso potrebbe migliorare ulteriormente l’esperienza degli ospiti.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Lo consiglio a chi cerca un alloggio centrale e ben gestito a Napoli.

Chambre très bien et un accueil parfait.
Pros:

La chambre était très bien et l'accueil était plus que parfait.

Cons:

Le manque d'indication à l'extérieur pour trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel. Les difficultés pour joindre le numéro de téléphone afin d'ouvrir la porte d'accès.
Les horaires de livraison du petit déjeuner jusqu'à 10H00 alors que c'est également la limite pour le check-out.

Volveremos!
Pros:

Realmente nos sorprendió el contraste de una habitación tan moderna en una propiedad antigua. Disfrutamos mucho la estadía. La metropolitana tiene una parada a metros del hotel, asì que se puede ir fácil desde la estación de tren. Se puede ir caminando hasta el quartiere spagnol y recordar a Diego!

Le Check in vu que je suis venu tard le soir et j’avais préciser personne n’était sur place normale ça je comprend mais j’ai attendu au moins 20 minutes pour qu’il m’ouvre la porte alors que elle m’avais dis que dès que j’arrive j’appelle dans un numéro et on m’ouvre la porte et le matin à 10h le Check out elle n’arrête pas de m’appeler pour quitter la chambre alors que je suis arrivé tard le soir vers 1h du matin
