Pros:

Aardig personeel. Goede schoonmaak en elke dag nieuwe handdoeken. Locatie op zich goed alleen door de vele bars heel erg veel geluidsoverlast tot een uur of 4 in de morgen.
Daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niks aan doen en ze willen je ook wel overplaatsen naar een ander hotel van hun, dat doe je niet zo snel als je net 3 backpacks hebt uitgepakt. Geluidsniveau hadden wij ons op verkeken, daarom hebben wij als score een 7 gegeven anders was het een 8 geweest.

Cons:

Het geluidsoverlast in de avond en nacht. Houd daar rekening mee.

Pros:

The staff at the property were incredible, so attentive and happy to help with everything! The bathroom in our room was stunning and a great shower. The hotel is in the perfect location for visiting Hanoi.

Cons:

The room was a little bit noisy at night from the night club but we were able to sleep anyway.

Pros:

I like it was in the center of absolutely everything that you want to see or visit in Hanoi. Great value for its price. Receptionist team were always kind and had free snacks all times of the day in reception for the guest.

Es war sehr freundlich. Check in um 3 Uhr morgens war kein Problem.

Cons:

Zimmer war eher klein aber ausreichend für eine Nacht.
