Pros:

There was easy check in process and the hotel is near Hoan Kiem lake which is a major tourist area.

Cons:

We booked a normal room but were upgraded to suite. We had a nice and large balcony.

The location was right in the center with easy walking distance to bars, food and shops.

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller than expected and the club next door was quite loud until 3am (though this was something the staff warned us about when we arrived).

L'hôtel se situe en PLEIN CENTRE de Hanoï donc facile d'aller se promener à pied avec tout à proximité!!
Le personnel est sympathique..

Cons:

Le prix est EXORBITANT pour le lieu et le standing...
La nuit, beaucoup de bruit car je une boîte de nuit se situe à côté donc musique jusqu'à 4h du matin facilement....
Il propose des massages à même le hall d'entrée et dans une pièce juste derrière et je trouve cela moyen pour le soit disant "standing" de l'hôtel !!
De plus, les massages sont pas top du tout lol..

המלון הכי טוב שהייתי בו
אחרי חוויה לא נעימה שעברתי בשדה תעופה להגיע רק לפה!
אוהבים ישראלים, המליצו לי איפה להמיר כסף, איפה לקנות בגדים ודאגו לי להכל
זה על המקום המרכזי ולא ככ רועש פה בלילה ממליץ בחום לכולם!!!!

amazing!!!
Pros:

everything- great room probably the best check in experience we have ever had also they have a tv with youtube and netflix and a waterfall shower i have no complaints.
