Konum inanılmaz iyi. Odamız tam aile odasıydı, personel eğitimi yeterliydi. Yardımcı olmak için çok çabalıyorlar. Hafızamızda çok güzel anılarla kalacak bir otel oldu.

Fantastisch gelegenes Hotel mit unglaublich netten Mitarbeitenden.
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage; angenehm großes Zimmer und Bad für Londoner Verhältnisse.

Cons:

Im Bad war es schon sehr kalt und zugig; der sehr in die Jahre gekommener Teppichboden; die undichte Duschabtrennung und nicht ersichtliche Einstellung der Kopfbrause warm/kalt.

Brilliant. Coming back again
Pros:

Was upgraded room for my birthday. Amazing attentive staff, great breakfast (although £40, it’s 2 minutes from Harrods’s so understandable). Room was lovely and clean, bed was great, staying here again next year. Thanks

Cons:

Room view wasn’t great and I do love a balcony, but this was all about location.

Excellent location and particularly attentive staff
Pros:

We were particularly pleased with the kindness and professionalism of the staff of this hotel. We had an issue with the room at our arrival day and the empathetic and competent receptionist Stella found a suitable solution for us so we could fully enjoy the rest of our five days stay in this hotel. The rooms are serviced daily and very clean.
Also after our departure we could benefit from excellent service: Mr Villar, the concierge, organised efficiently and promptly the sending of a computer tablet we forgot in the room.

Cons:

We missed more shelf space in the bathroom and found the AC system disturbing. Also, the door between bathroom and bedroom did not close properly, not convenient when sharing with another person.

Απογοήτευση: μεγάλες δυσκολίες λόγω ανακαίνισης (για την οποία ενημερωθήκαμε 1 μέρα πριν το ταξίδι)

Το προσωπικό ευγενικό. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή.

Είχα κλείσει το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο 1 μήνα πριν πάω και το είχα προπληρώσει 10 μέρες πριν φτάσω. 1 μέρα πριν το ταξίδι (!!!) λαμβάνω ένα e-mail το οποίο με ενημερώνει οτι επειδή το ξενοδοχείο κάνει ανακαίνιση (!!!) υπάρχουν αρκετές αλλαγές: θα μένουμε σε άλλο κτίριο (δίπλα στο βασικό), το εστιατόριο δεν θα λειτουργεί, το πρωινό θα είναι περιορισμένο και θα προσφέρεται σε έναν μικρό χώρο... Όταν φτάσαμε μας περίμεναν και άλλες δυσάρεστες εκπλήξεις λόγω ανακαίνισης: δεν λειτουργούσε η θέρμανση στο μπάνιο και υπήρχαν δυσκολίες με το ζεστό νερό (μία είχε, μία δεν είχε...). Θύμωσα καθώς θεωρώ οτι γνώριζαν για την ανακαίνιση και το απέκρυψαν. Εξέφρασα το παράπονο μου και πίστευα οτι η διοίκηση θα έκανε κάτι για αυτό, ίσως κάποια έκπτωση ή έστω μία συγνώμη, αλλά προς απογοήτευση μου, όλοι έκαναν σαν να μην καταλαβαίνουν ποιο είναι το πρόβλημα...
