These rooms offer 20 sqm of space, located in the main hotel and our modern annex.

Excellent location, great service.
Pros:

Quiet location between Harvey Nichols and Harrods. The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. My new go to hotel in London!

Impeccable location and relatively quiet
Pros:

Fantastic location next to Harrods, lots of restaurants, cafes and tube station.
Staff were extremely friendly. At night the heating system was not functioning properly and they immediately brough us an electric radiator.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice with hot dishes at your selection. The cold buffet though has room for improvement

Excellent all round stay and could have easily stayed longer!
Pros:

Great location and perfect for our needs. Wonderful hotel and amazing staff who could not do enough for us. Wonderful room and super comfy bed. Thoroughly enjoyed and would certainly look to stay again.

Cons:

the shower was too small if your under 5 ft then your ok but i was too tall and the bath was too small. the wallpapar is peeling off the wall and the shower leeked water all over the floor. breakfast food was forgotten keep having to chase for stuff.

Our apartment was comfortable and fitted what we needed. The staff were first class and because of some health issues we used room service a lot which was very good.
