Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Bett bequem und hab soweit gut geschlafen.
Am Tag der Einreise ist die Klimaanlage ausgefallen und vom Personal wurde man immer wieder auf "Später kommt der Techniker" vertröstet, und dieser kam bis jetzt nicht. Hab extra bei dem Wetter (31°) ein Hotel gewählt mit Klimaanlage... Keine Entschädigungsversuch vom Hotel obwohl ich dies mehrmals angesprochen hab.

3. Check-in was smooth, and the young man at reception was professional, supportive, and demonstrated genuine customer service throughout.
I am staying in the hotel for the 4th time, and this time, I am disappointed
1. The fridge in the room was not working.
2. Room service was not provided on the same day.
When I spoke to the lady at reception regarding these two issues, she was rude and showed an unsupportive customer service attitude. Instead of helping, she blamed me for not requesting room cleaning and did not show any concern about the fridge issue.

Everything good.
I stayed two nights,the first one was okay but the second one the room was extremely noise till 2 o'clock in the night.But the room the location and the price was good,so the positives are more than the negatives.
