Unfortunately, the cleanliness was questionable, with a missed flush in the bathroom. The breakfast disappointed—poor selection, smoky atmosphere, and even staff shouting. The room lacked essentials, from ‘Do Not Disturb’ signs to glass cups, and the all-in-one bathroom dispenser felt basic. Overall, the experience felt bare and not up to expectations

The location was convenient. The staff were very polite and friendly.

Cons:

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Even though I’m a smoker myself, the smell was unbearable, and I had to keep the windows open. There were holes in the bath towels

Cons:

Fruktansvärt, jag stannade bara en natt sen letade jag nytt hotell! Luktade rök i hela hotellet! Luktade tom på rummet jätte mycket. Personalen ryckte på axlarna och sa att dem kan inte hjälpa om någon röker där fast det är förbjudet!
I frukostmatsalen luktade det rök. Borden var smutsiga och inget var färskt. Jag ville inte ens äta där.
Boka inte detta hotell!

Location is ideal for the fair. The staff were friendly & the bar was really good for some cocktails & a friendly bar guy. Breakfast really average..

Cons:

Cleanliness really lacking - it felt like a deep clean was lacking. My kettle didnt work so had to exchange. ran out of soap / shower gel mid way & didnt even get noticed the next day even though i left the covers off. I had to go & ask next day for more just to take a wash. They charge a lot during exhibition so for such a price would expect at least basic levels..

A short walk from the raill station

Cons:

Access into the property was difficult with the two wheelchairs we had in our group. Had to enter via a separate locked door into a tiny landing that gave access to the lift but no other area off that area due to the steps.
