Very comfortable and friendly holiday in an excellent location
Pros:

The room was newly refurbished - very comfortable and clean. Tea, coffee and water was provided - including sparkling water. We had a lovely view of the sea and were within a minute walk of Lees Cliff Hall - so perfect if you're attending an event.

I couldn’t control the temperature in the bathroom and it was way too hot. The lack of parking spaces is a down side

Very enjoyable nicely decorated and finishes superb following refurbishment.
Pros:

All you need in the bedroom large tv Table-chairs one of the best shower rooms

Cons:

Room on second floor 211 ,continual squeaking floor boards upstairs and a bit of noise from the external air conditioning units in ground level below.very

Cons:

The room was way too hot. None of us could work the thermostats in our rooms to make it cooler. Also some features in some bathrooms not working eg toothbrush charger

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, we always enjoy our stays here 😊 this stay was a birthday present for my husband, the staff are amazing we received a room upgrade which made our stay extra special, the refurbished rooms are lovely the bed was so comfy and loved the shower 🚿 the view over the garden was nice and such lovely walks along The Leas and sea front to the harbour. The dinner and breakfast were delicious with plenty of choices for everyone 😋 We will definitely stay again.
