Wonderful comfort
Pros:

The hotel has been beautifully refurbished and designed. Our room had spectacular views over the sea to the French coast and was well designed and very comfortable.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of food and the coffee was good. The restaurant offers good dishes and the bar and coffee shop were lively and well designed.
All the staff were friendly and helpful and we look forward to going back soon.

Cons:

The lift is tiny and can only take 2 people and a minimal amount of luggage at a time.
There appeared to be no disabled access to the hotel and it was confusing which entrances should be used.

A good job renovating an old hotel , felt modern although the place was a difficult old building to turn into hotel
Pros:

Nice size rooms , new bathrooms , nice bar and restaurant. Free Parking outside

Cons:

Small staircase , tiny lift .

Great Hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location and lovely sea view from our room. Smart and eye catching decor. Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Pillows were a bit soft and 'airy'.

A very pleasant and relaxing short break.
Pros:

The very spacious king, Seaview room with gorgeous bedding and new soft pillows. The huge bathroom with extra large walk-in shower. Our room had calming sea and park view.
We also loved the option of the combined Costa coffee shop/drinks bar and snack area with outside terrace.
Staff are most welcoming, friendly and helpful. Maj especially runs an excellent dining room; he and his staff cannot do enough to deliver your requirements. Thank you!

Cons:

Very little, we'd stay again for sure.
Maybe the hotel is a bit far away from the harbour if you're not able to walk, or don't wish to drive and try to park.
The bedroom carpet could have been a tad cleaner - it was patterned, so maybe hard for the room staff to see the bits. And the quality of biscuits in the room is poor - I've had that brand (Walker's) before, they sem cheap which belies the quality of the rest of the hotel.
