Pros:

This hotel is great, easy to get into Folkestone town/harbour.
The room had everything we needed and we even had a side sea view even though we didn’t book a room with sea view, it was an added bonus!
The staff are so helpful and friendly which made the stay more personable.
We could tell the hotel had many repeat customers and we will be returning in the future.
Overall a fantastic stay by the Kent coast.

Cons:

Easier parking, but you can pay £8.50 per day to park very close to the hotel.
We managed to get off street parking five minutes walk from the hotel although it is very limited.

Great staff, average hotel.
Pros:

Staff amazing. Room spotless. Breakfast great. Nice views. 1 min off the prom. Some reasonably priced car parking outside. Friendly seagull on our window ledge. Nice shower. Window opened.

Cons:

Room was small and wonky floor. The lift.... I have no words!
Don't bring big suitcases, the corridors, room and lift are teeny.
Very little sound proofing, could hear someone next door snoring. Someone outside was emptying bottle bins before 8am, very loud. Didn't spot any access for those with limited mobility.

Good food, gorgeous location, great staff!
Pros:

Room was beautiful. Breakfast excellent. Had dinner in the casual bar downstairs one night and food was good, atmosphere very relaxed.

Cons:

Almost can’t think of anything, maybe the view might have been better than a metal roof and a green field but not everyone can have the ocean view, right?

OK hotel but No good for anyone with disabilities.
Pros:

Good location; parking OK, room OK. Nice views.

Cons:

Have a disabled son; told the hotel yet they stuck us on 5th floor with the tiniest lift and corridors impossible to get a wheelchair down. Weird shower room also where all the water ran out and down the floor/wall when door opened.

Short stay on our way to France
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Very professional staff. It has a restaurant inside which was convenient as we were traveling with our baby.
Beds are super comfortable, room was spacious and clean. They leave loads of tea and coffee for you to have in the morning. Perfect location right by the sea. Overall great experience

Cons:

Maybe the carpet was not too clean. But nothing else
