Very comfortable room, a stones throw away from all of our activities.
Pros:

Great location for all of our activities, (restaurant, local theatre and parkrun). Clean comfortable room, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Pros:

Good on all counts, from room to check in to the bar, had to asak for my tea at breakfast twice but hey things happen

It was a beautiful stay. Will definitely visit again
Pros:

The 2 single beds combined together was not that comfortable at all, as it is separate me and my husband from cuddling whilst we sleep. The beds themselves are comfortable beds, it's just the joining bit. Lovely place though 👌

Cons:

The cleaners need to ensure to hoover the rooms each time someone checked out. I could see small debris on the carpet. Lovely cleaners though

The best hotel in Folkestone now, taking account of value, comfort, location and facilities.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast - at a level akin to a high-end 4* hotel, Room completely refurbished with aircon, large flatscreen, comfortable bed and fridge with complementary stil/sparkling water.

Cons:

Card payment processing was problematic.
