Marco dinner we had on the Tuesday evening was lovely, just could have been hotter but again so nice,
Also the lovely guy for breakfast in the morning, his name was Majid I think that’s how you spell it

What a happy jokey guy he was great at his job!!
But all the staff in the hotel were very nice and helpful.

Great overnight base
Pros:

Helpful and polite staff from reception to serving staff.
Breakfast was amazing, great service and wonderful choice of foods at a very reasonable price

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and well decorated

Cons:

I'm nit picking here, but if I had to give a negative, it would be that the shower in our bedroom was rather small.
However, this was a very small negative factor in an overall positive experience

Lovely food, but far too noisy in the room.

The food was good and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The window did not close properly, and as we were on the sea front the wind blew through the window all night making a huge noise. I could not sleep. I thought about wetting some toilet paper to plug the window up but didn't want to make a mess in the room. The blind constantly rattled because of the wind. I couldn't even hear the TV. Again, I could not sleep at all last night and was told there were no more rooms available.

Great staff, very helpful

Cons:

Food quality in the bar area very poor.
Nachos with chilli were tasteless. The accompanying Sauces were awful. This was a waste of £15!

Convenient for catching the Shuttle
Pros:

Excellent evening meal
Car parking was easy in March, could be an issue during busier periods
Easy access for Le Shuttle

Cons:

No fruit yoghurt at breakfast
Staff in restaurant were quite noisy when clearing up cutlery the we were still eating
