Very basic accommodation - bring your own water and toilet paper!
Pros:

Room was secure and private, clise to where we had to go each day. but we were quite relieved to move somewhere far nicer for only a few dollars more a night...with cleaning and laundry service and cheap meals!

Cons:

We advised of late check-in and were notified by email that was ok. However we arrived to place locked and staff member sleeping on the couch in the foyer.
He contacted another man qho eventually arrived but was not aware of the booking until he rang another office...finally sorted after about an hour, at 1am!.
Room was clean- ish but sheets were greyish, not white and my wife was bitten by bed bugs or sonething.
There was no toilet paper so we had to pay the sleeping man to privide a roll.
We had to provide oyr own drinking water.
Shiwer cold and only dripped.
TV not working???

El lugar es una estafa absoluta, nada corresponde con las fotos publicadas, es un antro con cama caliente, es decir al aparecer nosotros salieron los empleados pues estaban haciendo uso de la habitación.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The place is horrible, with no room available for the guest. The manager tried to shift us to other hotel. Therefore, we didn't stayed at that place.

Second, the place is quite different from the pictures given in the website.

Disappointing Stay at VIA SR ROYALE by FAB hotels - Avoid!
Pros:

The only redeeming quality was the owner, Saquib Ahmed, who was soft-spoken and tried to make amends.

Cons:

I'm writing this review to warn potential guests about the horrible experience I had at VIA SR ROYALE by FAB hotels. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff weren't interested in providing good customer service.

The receptionist, Rajendra, was extremely rude and arrogant. Despite having a confirmed online booking, we were given a tiny room that didn't match the delux room we were promised. The room itself was a letdown - just a table fan in the corner, no proper chair, and no phone for room service.

To make matters worse, the hotel's location on Google Maps is inaccurate. The location itself is a major issue - you'll struggle to find autos or buses nearby, and the metro is far away.

We had to stay in a smaller room for a day due to a supposed shortage of rooms, despite booking a month in advance. The hotel staff seemed more interested in harassing us than resolving the issue.

Overall, I'd strongly advise against staying at this hotel. FAB HOTELS SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS - this was not expected from a brand like FAB hotels. Such a disappointing experience!

Block the hotel
Pros:

Розташування непогане, але воно не здатне покращити ситуацію

Cons:

Брехливий менеджер готелю змусив мене заплатити на 2к більше, поселив мене в інший, гірший, номер. Все було абсолютно брудним. Після скарг він приніс нову постільну білизну і знову абсолютно брудний рушник сірого кольору.
Коли на наступний день я захотіла виїхати з готелю і за процедурою запросила через booking.com зміну дат, він не лише не підтвердив запит, він імітував що я не заселялась щоб гроші було записані з моєї карти. Нагадаю, я оплатила готівкою при заїзді в готель, так що і більше ніж мала.
Коли я виїжджала з готелю, з допомогою інших гостей готелю, ми вмовили його повернути частину готівки, але лише частину з того, що він мав повернути за процедурою зміни дат в booking.com.
Це найгірший досвід перебування в будь якому готелі з поміж більше як 20 країн. Це просто шахрайство.
Я прошу заблокувати цей готель і не псувати досвід користування застосунком.
На підтвердження моїх слів у мене є докази.

they allowed me to use Wi-Fi to cancel my booking. and provided me a different room till my room gets ready finally at 7PM and I waited for 3 hours over there.

Cons:

The price I booked through Booking.com was not honoured upon arrival. The hotel staff claimed the lower rate shown on Booking.com was incorrect and refused to acknowledge my confirmed booking at that rate. As a result, I was asked to pay an additional ₹400 to get my room.so basically I paid Indian Rs 2000 to them in cash.

Due to time constraints and an urgent online meeting, I had no choice but to pay the extra amount to avoid further delay. However, this was quite disappointing and caused unnecessary stress.

I kindly request a review of this issue and a refund of the extra amount I was charged. I am attaching relevant booking details and receipts for your reference.

Cet établissement n'est PAS un hotel mais une chambre dans un immeuble...à fuire!

Ensuite c'est un endroit dangereux avec le personnel qui dort dans les couloirs.

En plus, alors que je souhaitais payer par carte ils ont refusé en ne prenant que le cash et sans donner de reçu et en payant dès l'arrivée...en fait pour ne rien déclarer de leur activité.

Enfin, le combe. Alors que je pars plus tôt pour fuire ce lieu, ils refusent de rembourser...j'ai donc été contraint de laisser tomber mon argent.

Voilà donc pour cet établissement...nul et à fuire à tout prix !

Excellent Service
Pros:

Excellent Service - The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Great Location - The hotel location's connectivity was good.

Pros:

Breakfast was average.

Cons:

First thing, the reception asked me to full amount even tho I payed them in advance to finalize my room, the full amount was supposed to be paid after checkout but they asked to play during the start. The room was nothing like in the picture, it wasn't too shabby but I expected more in accordance to pictures. I don't think I will recommend or book again here.
