I would stay again but will bring a candle or air freshener.
Pros:

The staff, amenities. That it had a bar and pool was a plus.

Cons:

The rooms smelled musty. That’s the only comment we have.

The only place we will stay when we visit St Pete's
Pros:

Our 5th trip to St Petersburg. We have always stayed at the Hollander. Everything about it feels like home. The on site restaurant has great specials and extraordinary service.

Cons:

Nothing at all to dislike.

We always love the Hollander - great old school charm in an excellent location
Pros:

Love the staff and the location of the hotel and the pool and bar areas. Breakfast is very good. Love the old school charm. Parking can be challenging at certain times, but we've always found a spot.

Cons:

The pull out couch where our daughter had to sleep was quite uncomfortable. It would be great if they could upgrade those.

Has everything you need - great proximity to downtown and the bay, fun restaurant, great pool. Free parking right on the property.

Pros:

The best parts of this property are the staff and the location. The staff were all friendly, helpful, accommodating and charming. The location was convenient to reach all downtown destinations. Our room was spacious. The onsite restaurant served tasty and very reasonably priced breakfast. Our room was spacious with the benefits and limitations of an older property. But, I repeat, the best part is the staff.

Excellent hotel, walking distance to everything. Good food!
Pros:

It was so quaint, comfortable and the staff were so pleasant. We will be staying again.

Cons:

Not so much about the property, but the fact we couldn’t take our own cups to the pool. But understood.

NICE HOTEL, STAFF VERY HELPFUL, NICE. WOULD LIKE BETTER TRANSPORTATION

Cons:

BATHTUB WAS SLIPPERY, ACTUALLY FELL, PULLED DOWN SHOWER CURTAIN. WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT A SHUTTLE WOULD TAKE US WITHIN TWO MILES OF HOTEL, FOUND OUT IT ONLY RAN ON WEEKENDS. HOTEL WAS NOT CONVENIENTLY LOCATED. PARKING WAS A PROBLEM, HAD TO STREET PARK CAUSE LOT WAS FULL INITIALLY, LATER FOUND A SPOT.

Gute zentrale Lage zum Hafen und Bars Geschäften usw. Super Restaurant mit gutem Frühstück (nicht im Preis enthalten). Toller Poolbereich, Poolparty am Sonntag!
Schönes altes Gebäude ,das wunderbar restauriert und saniert ist, die Einrichtung ist wirklich klasse und mit Liebe zum Detail gemacht!
Absolut zu empfehlen, wir haben uns gefreut, ein so schönes Hotel gefunden zu haben!!!
