La mejor ubicación para visitar y disfrutar de la CDMX
Pros:

No había desayuno, o al menos no lo vi. Pero tiene una ubicación excelente; en el corazón de la CDMX. En una zona que se siente segura las 24 hrs, cerca de innumerables opciones de diversión, comida, etc.

Cons:

Me llamó la atención de que la habitación no tuviera aire acondicionado. Mi visita fue en marzo, por lo que creo que aún no se requiere. Pero entrado el verano pudiera ser necesario.

Highly recommend, had everything we needed for our stay.
Pros:

This is an excellent location, close to Almeda Park, museums, restaurants, transportation.

Cons:

February 2026, undergoing construction, while the noise level is not a problem (during the day only) it can be a bit dusty.

Todo increíble, solo la atención del recepcionista/seguridad de la entrada no fue del todo buena.
Pros:

La ubicación e instalaciones.

Cons:

El portero/recepcionista no era del todo amable/atento. Afortunadamente, solo había que tener contacto con él al llegar, no más.

Pros:

Instalaciones muy cómodas, mobiliario práctico.
La seguridad del departamento.

Cons:

Los trabajos de remodelacion en otro departamento, muy ruidosos de durante el día. Mi departamento daba a la calle y toda la noche, todos los días, escuchábamos mucho ruido.

Great location but no air conditioning.
Pros:

A perfect location next to the Reforma Hilton, right by the park and Belle Art Hotel. Spacy apartment and comfortable enough. Would stay at the Hilton if they had had availability.

Cons:

No Airconditioning, which I have never experience in Mexico-South America. Very noisy street (I did not expect silence) but the insulation was poor. I had to hunt down a nice cleaning girl to get toilet paper. No check up on your room during my 7 day stay. Difficult to communicate with security guard to get access.

En la habitación 202 se siente un ruido continuo como de un motor que no deja dormir. Por primera vez tuve que tomar pastillas para dormir.

Pros:

Location was perfect with park and museums walking distance. You feel secured in this area.

Cons:

We had no room service. We did not expect daily housekeeping but for 6 days we ran out of toiletries and had to buy our own toilet paper and towels. We left a message with security but no one showed up. Lighting was poor other than natural light if you draw back the curtains.
