Almost perfect
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff

Cons:

At 6:30pm I ordered a taxi for 8:30. When we were ready at 8:25 there was no taxi. Even at 8:45 there was no taxi, so we had to rush to public transport (subway) with our heavy luggage to catch our bus at express bus terminal. This was very uncomfortable

A must stay in Seoul
Pros:

Smooth and excellent customer service. The front desk manager let us check in early. Forgot the time but it was perfect. Curtains opened automatically right when we opened the door. That was really cool. Beds were comfortable and food was excellent as well. Area was spacious and clean. Would love to book this again. I actually don’t realize this was a Marriott bonvoy hotel so yes, definitely lives up to their standards

Séjour 🤩 parfait !
Pros:

L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel étaient très appréciables. L’emplacement est idéal, avec des transports en commun accessibles, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et commerces de proximité, ce qui permet de passer un agréable séjour. La chambre était magnifique et propre. L’établissement dégageait un parfum agréable dès l’entrée.
Et le fait d’avoir des équipements essentiels à disposition est également un vrai plus.

Upscale hotel 20 minutes away from Seoul Station
Pros:

Nice rooms and exceptionally good facilities in the common areas. The bathrooms are spacious and the beds are good.

Cons:

The lights in the room are motion activated. Do not move in the bed unless you don’t want to turn on the lights (!)

There’s a railway track right next to the hotel and you can hear the trains in the wee hours.

The restaurant staff needs some training in customer service. They figured breakfast wasn’t included in my room rate. That’s fine, most hotels can give you a bill. These chaps, however, insisted on me stopping eating and coming to the cashier before continuing to eat. As a cherry on the cake they charged my credit card twice. Awkward.

The front desk staff handled the situation professionally though.

Conveniently located next to transit
Pros:

The Link is centrally located to the transit network while not being in downtown Seoul. There are enough amenities nearby to make the stay pleasant. Sindorim station nearby is excellent.

Cons:

Guro station nearby is not good from an accessibility perspective, and I don't think I was smart enough to use the window blind controls.

Pros:

1. 오픈한지 오래되지 않은 신상 호텔이라서 시설이 매우 깨끗함
2. 피트니스센터에 테크노짐 기구로 전체 완비되어 있어서 훌륭함
3. 지하주차장 이용 편리함
4. 로비에 바와 까페가 매우 커서 쾌적하고, 아름다움
5. 객실의 샤워시설이 매우 훌륭하고, 조명의 밝기가 눈을 편하게 해주며 대형 TV, 커다란 라운드 테이블, 윈도우 시트가 구비되어 있어서 매우 편리함.
6. 체크인 카운터 직원이 매우 친절함
7. 하우스키핑 스텝들이 매우 친절함
8. 부페의 가성비가 매우 훌륭함 (음식 퀄리티도 가격 대비 손색이 없음)

Cons:

1. 룸서비스 가격이 높음
2. 수영장이 성인용이라기보다는 보호자를 동반하는 어린이용 규모임

Было бы хорошо, если б сделали какую нибудь программу на Новый год!
Pros:

Очень понравился отель! Чисто, уютно, завтраки потрясающие! Постельное белье и полотенца невероятно белые и мягкие , как и халаты. Все новое ! Были приятно удивлены. Теперь будем приезжать тол ко сюда. Не центр , конечно, но на такси не так уж далеко .

Cons:

На ресепшен персонал немного медлительный ! Но в когда помогали вызвать такси , что очень приятно !
