Très bel hôtel pour visiter Chengdu
Pros:

Très bel hôtel dans un bâtiment traditionnel très bien situé. Le personnel parle anglais, est plein de petites attentions & recommandations, est serviable et à l'écoute. Ils proposent un service de lessive gratuite

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu vieilles mais cela se comprend étant donné l'établissement. J'ai eu du mal à faire fonctionner la clim au début car tout en chinois. J'aurai pu demander au personnel quemi je suis sûr m'aurait aidé sans problème.

雖然建築物有年代感，但室内外的擺設及提供的服務令人深深感受業者的貼心。個人很喜歡這種有溫度丶賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店的員工，特别是前枱的幾位帥哥美女們非常親切熱心，且語言能力極好。

Cons:

我們的房間位於二樓，正好碰上梅雨季節所以有潮味。但影响不大，全天開除湿。

Pros:

The staff are so nice and helpful. "Frank" the manager (based on the nice note on the card in my room) is doing a great job ! It is a short walk to the Kuangzhai Alley area-- a bit Disney, but actually very nice. And near the river and a nice place to walk.

Amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff were a real standout, they were super helpful, I wish I had got their names so I could give them a shout out! The breakfast was really good and the courtyard was a nice place to chill in the evening time with some good food. Felt like being part of a family business. The street was also colourful and close to metro.

Cons:

Not a major problem but Wifi didn't work in the rooms, I'm also 6'1 (185 cm) so the bed was a little bit small for me.

Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine desire to assist added so much value to an already beautiful place. The hotel was impressive on its own, but thanks to its exceptional staff, the experience was worth twice as much. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. Pros:

Central location, wonderful staff, great breakfast & the complementary welcoming wine! Also they generously extended our check out time after our panda visit took way longer than expected. Even if not for the hotel, you need to stay here for the amazing helpful staff, Juliya,Emma,Lareina,Zach and Joey ! Traveling through China, this was the only time I could communicate with staff, without using the translator app which was very refreshing and they helped us a lot with the sightseeing! Would love to come back

Pros:

Ideally located near two metro stations (L2 and L5). Walking distance to a park with an Opera amd a magnificent lotus pond.
The hotel itself looked luxurious and classy, the room was comfortable and clean. All the staff was very kind and helpful, they helped us to book some bus tickets.
Breakfast is a buffet with Chinese and Continental choices, a lot of variety.
There is also a restaurant in the hotel (we didn’t try it).

Cons:

The room was on the fourth floor, and we could hear the traffic heavily in the early morning.

Everything! However, Frank, Zach, Joey, Emma, Juliya, Lareina and the rest of your staff are all amazing. They gave a personal touch to our stay. We stayed with you 10 years ago and have always recommended to others that they stay with you. Because we have always felt such fondness towards your hotel, we came back in 2026 to celebrate my husband's birthday. I would add that your restaurant is even better than better!!! It felt like coming home.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter + gutes Frühstück und Lage.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer sowie Frühstück waren super. Hervorzuheben sind auch die unglaublich freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter. Jeder Mitarbeiter war stets extrem freundlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Pros:

ロケーションが良い。地下鉄の駅からは平坦な道で数分でホテルに至る。周辺は修景された商店街で風情があり、利用しなかったが夜まで人で賑わうレストランもあった。
スタッフが親切。すべてのスタッフが非常に親切で、特にフランク氏にはとてもお世話になった。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけて非常に助かった。
水回り。トイレにウォシュレットがついていて素晴らしい。シャワーもお湯がたくさん出る。ドライヤーが今までに使用したどのドライヤーよりも風量が多かった。
部屋が広い。荷物を広げるのに十分。ベッドも寝心地が良かった。冷蔵庫も大きく多くの飲み物を冷やしておくことができる。

物事が完璧であることを「十二分」というが、まさにそのような宿泊だった。旅程があわただしくせっかくの朝食を食べ損ねたので、次の機会があればまた泊まりたい。
