Guest who will stay in our hotel for 3 nights or more, can enjoy a normal car shutlle service to the airport or train station. It is a one time service and if the guests need to upgrade to a mini-van ,there will be 100yuan extra charge. The shuttle service must be arranged a least 1 day prior to arrival.

The location was perfect for exploring Chengdu and is on an amazing street with shops, restaurants, a park and the opera. The hotel is incredibly clean, has everything you could possibly want including free laundry service, water and tea/coffee, toiletries. The staff were the best I've ever encountered and were so helpful and friendly and always on hand to help with anything including your bags in/out of the taxi. We were upgraded for free which was amazing and really added to the trip. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The restaurant also had lots of vegetarian options that were very delicious. Lareina on the front desk was lovely and helpful.

The property is favourably located, it has a traditional architecture and all the staff (Juliya, Emma, Lorena, Joey and the local manager) is there to help - there was a miscommunication in planning one tour but they could make up for the inconvenience
Bed smell from the toilet
Very friendly and helpful desk personel. Hotel is located in a short traditionally shaped avenue. Easy access to subway and with everything needed very close.

There is a difference between the name of the hotel in booking ("Wenjun Courtyard Hotel") and the name on the plaque ("Wenjun Mansion Hotel").
An oasis of calm and colour. Manager and staff were always attentive and helpful. The best included breakfast I’ve ever experienced.

Le petit-déjeuner était super. Malheureusement avec notre planning on a pu mangé qu'une fois pendant notre séjour.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Love the design of the hotel, ancient building different to the other modern hotels.
It is a little run down.
