Guest who will stay in our hotel for 3 nights or more, can enjoy a normal car shutlle service to the airport or train station. It is a one time service and if the guests need to upgrade to a mini-van ,there will be 100yuan extra charge. The shuttle service must be arranged a least 1 day prior to arrival.

Absolutely wonderful.
Pros:

The place is well located, the staff are wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful especially Frank the manager and Liu Siyi. They went out of their way to help with tours, directions etc. the restaurant is very nice, good food and relaxed atmosphere

Pros:

Tutto! Ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff in particolar modo Frank e Emma che ci hanno aiutato per qualsiasi cosa, con itinerari, didi, per comunicare con l'hotel della nostra tappa successiva e ci hanno fatto anche lasciare i bagagli grandi quando siamo andati via per due giorni. All' arrivo ci hanno servito il tè, ci hanno offerto il servizio di lavanderia gratuita. Per qualche euro in più ci hanno proposto un upgrade della stanza all'ultimo piano che abbiamo apprezzato molto. La stanza era grande, pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort, stessa cosa per il bagno che ha anche un riscaldamento a parte.
La corte è molto bella e vivace, il ristorante è ottimo e lo staff gentilissimo. La colazione è buona, cinese per lo più ma anche con opzioni occidentali.
Ottima la posizione a letteralmente due passi dalla metro, linea 2. In zona ci sono tutti i servizi necessari. Assolutamente consigliato.

Loved it!!
Pros:

This place is incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing. The rooms were large and clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay and they wrote me a personalized note. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Cons:

There wasnt really any nightlife walking distance that I could tell (but I wasnt there long), but if that isnt important to you no big deal

Excellent stay, one more time!

Second time staying at this hotel, and I really like the place. Every time I return to Chengdu, I will certainly stay here again.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and very close to the metro. The staff is extremely courteous, kind, and friendly. The hotel food—both the breakfast and the meals served at the restaurant—is very good!

Uma das melhores experiências que já tive. Equipe super atenciosa, liderada pelo Mr. Frank. Quarto amplo e confortável, localização excelente perto do metrô e com muitas opções gastronômicas. Café da manhã 10/10, melhor do que muitos restaurantes. Tudo isso por um preço muito acessível, um custo-benefício excepcional.

Great location, good food and comfortable room - would stay there again
Pros:

Very well located and a short walk to the opera and culture park. Hotel very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. I ate dinner twice at the hotel and it was excellent and great value.

The hotel is in a building with a courtyard and is located in an old street within walking distance to Kuanzhai Ancient Street and People's Park. Metro station is a few minutes' walk away. There is no elevator, but no worries, the staff helped with luggage up and down.

The front office staff speak excellent English, and were very friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention Frank who gave useful suggestions on places to visit, which panda centre to go to, and even tried to call someone on our behalf to ask why a package we were expecting had not arrived.

He also arranged for our room to be deep cleaned prior to our arrival because I mentioned that my wife is sensitive to cigaratte smoke (there was none in the room when we stayed, so the cleaners must have done a great job!).

Frank really went above and beyond. The best hotel service we received during our trip to China.

Lovely location, comfortable rooms and great breakfast
Pros:

The room was lovely and very spacious. Beds were super comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Location was very convenient, being only a short walk away from the subway station, but also lots of restaurants nearby as well as the one in the hotel itself. Breakfast was nice too! We also received a complementary bottle of wine and cake, which was a wonderful surprise.
