В целом рекомендую данный отель. Отличный персонал и отличное местоположение.
Pros:

Безумно понравился персонал в отеле, который помогал решить любой вопрос и любую ситуацию. На все вопросы старались все максимально точно и быстро помочь. Персонал однозначно хвалю. Также местоположение отеля мне показалось хорошим, рядом расположенное метро, отличный парк.

Cons:

Мне показались скучными завтраки. Выбор блюд был скуден и невелик.

Pros:

Very good hotel. I like chinese style, breakfast was realy good and tea house inside hotel was nice surprise. Park near hotel is also good for evening walk.
Big thanks to Juliya, Emma, Lareina, Zach and Joey. They help me with airport pickup and transfer back. Everybody was very kind.

An ideal stay in Chengdu
Pros:

Wenjun Courtyard hotel is really great. The location is perfect: walking distance to People’s park, Kuanzhai alleys and Qingyang palace. We really liked the rooms and the building itself with all the rooms overlooking the courtyard, and you can enjoy your meals or breakfast outside. Most appreciated was the welcoming and friendly staff, speaking very good English and always willing to help.
We highly enjoyed our stay ❤️❤️❤️

Pros:

Идеальный отель. Расположен недалеко от центра, в тихом историческом квартале. До метро - 5-10 минут пешком, всего две станции до Chunxi Road. Всем рекомендую пользоваться метро в Чэнду - это очень удобно! Напротив находится сычуаньская опера - одна из визитных карточек Чэнду. Представления просто поразительные. Вокруг также есть несколько прекрасных парков, которые я тоже рекомендую посетить.
Завтрак по системе «шведский стол» очень вкусный, с большим выбором блюд на любой вкус (яичница, говядина, грибы, овощи, фрукты). Все блюда постоянно подогреваются, поэтому они всегда тёплые.
Номера очень просторные, чистые и уютные. Их убирают чуть ли не каждый день, регулярно заменяя зубные пасты, щётки и другие принадлежности (гигиенические наборы здесь очень щедрые). В номерах бесплатно предоставляются чайник и брикеты хорошего чёрного и зелёного чая для заваривания
Вид из отеля с верхних этажей просто прекрасен. Очень приятно сидеть за столиком на открытой террасе и пить чай. В ресторане на первом этаже представлен широкий выбор великолепных и вкусных блюд.
Сотрудники отеля - просто чудо! Молодые ребята - девушка и парень в очках - очень вежливые и дружелюбные. Они всегда готовы помочь. Подсказали нам, где в Чэнду можно приобрести хороший чай. Мистер Frank - невероятно добрый человек. Он помогал мне и моим друзьям, заказал для нас товары из JD, когда у нас ничего не получалось.

Great place to discover Chengdu and surroundings
Pros:

Everything! Staff was very helpful into guiding us for our day trips, calling taxis... The breakfast options were good enough, even for vegetarians and the 24h free coffee was a nice touch.
Bathroom and room were clean and spacious enough for 3 travellers

Cons:

Very minor items that might need to be considered:
-Room walls are a bit thin so outside noise can be disturbing for sensitive people. Staff is aware of this and very accommodating
- Hotel location is pretty central and in beautiful old architecture complex but is 30min drive away from major train stations
Otherwise, this is an amazing place to stay and recharge after and before a long day of exploration

Lovely staff, clean and spacious room
Pros:

Lovely staff, spacious and clean room, good AC (essential in Chengdu during the summer). Good location.

Cons:

The restaurant could be improved, it’s reasonably priced but the quality of the dishes we tried was unimpressive. Staff do not speak English but a translator does the job (or the staff from the reception will help you).

There is an afternoon tea, which we never had because the timing is a bit inconvenient. On one occasion we were a few minutes late and enquired about it, we were served 1 cup of tea just to find out that we had to pay for it upon check out. Might have been miscommunication due to language barrier but felt a bit uncomfortable being asked to pay for it when we were on our way to the taxi.

Pros:

The exceptional kindness of the staff and giving the best service making you feel welcome. The location is great and a few minutes from the subway. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Even a Japanese toilet is available.
