Pros:

Free airport pickup, free laundry, free coffee, tea and plum juice 24/7, lovely rooms and very comfortable beds, big portions of food,, and amazing staff (especially the manager, Frank). Ideally located steps from Shufeyayun Chinese opera and Line 2 metro station with direct route to Chengdu East train station. The perfect place to stay in Chengdu!

Pros:

I stayed here three times and made it my home away from home. A truly exceptional hotel with service that starts before you even arrive! Wejun provides free airport pickup or dropoff, and you are greeted at the door wit a cold drink while your bags are taken to your room. The manager, Frank, goes out of his way to make any and all arrangements, and provided great assistance during a medical emergency. The rooms are extraordinary, with ever so comfortable beds, bone china, bathroom heating lamp and one of those toilets that has more controls than an airplane. The food is outstanding with huge portions, the garden area is beautiful, and the staff top notch. It is located steps away from the Shufeyayun Chinese opera and just down the street from the nearest metro station with a straight shot to the Chengdu East train station. Unbeatable in every respect. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Bellissima struttura molto caratteristica in centro a Chengdu. Si arriva facilmente a piedi alle principali attrazioni e non è molto distante dalla stazione dei treni ad alta velocità. Le camere sono ampie pulite e molto confortevoli. Lo staff è davvero eccezionale, parlano benissimo inglese e sono molto cortesi e disponibili. Ci hanno organizzato una gita di un giorno fuori la città in modo impeccabile. Sono stati onestissimi anche con la gestione di un problema di addebito doppio sulla carta. La struttura inoltre ha un ristorante dove si può cenare con ottimo cibo in un’atmosfera tranquilla.

Recomanem moltíssim l’hotel, parlen un anglès perfecte, son suuuuper amables, ens van canviar l’habitació per una de millor, ens van donar fruita i vi, ens van poder posar l’esmlrzar per endur per anar a veure els pandes, ofereixem servei gratuit per netejar la roba i també ens van donar un regalet de comiat! I està molt ben localitzat a 7 mins de Kuan i Zhai Alley en una avinguda molt maco. I l’hotel en sí d’estil tradicional també és molt bonic!

Great balance price quality. Very comfortable rooms, nice distribution along an open air corridor, with your own table and chairs to stay in the long shared terrace. Modest interior design style but very nice and authentic.

Great and varied breakfast, very good cook.

Free and very efficient laundry.
