Guest who will stay in our hotel for 3 nights or more, can enjoy a normal car shutlle service to the airport or train station. It is a one time service and if the guests need to upgrade to a mini-van ,there will be 100yuan extra charge. The shuttle service must be arranged a least 1 day prior to arrival.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de varios lugares turísticos. El servicio es excelente, Frank y su equipo nos ayudaron en todo momento, todos hablan inglés, nos ayudaron con los tours y las compras de las entradas. La habitación es amplia y cómoda.

Abbiamo soggiornato solamente due notti in questo splendido hotel ma è stato tutto perfetto! Juliya, Emma, Lareina e Joey, sono stati estremamente cordiali. Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno aiutato molto e ci hanno fatto trovare un gradito benvenuto in camera, molto pulita e completa di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo mangiato anche nel loro ristorante: ravioli buonissimi. Inoltre ci hanno consigliato dove assistere ad uno spettacolo con le maschere. Seguendo il loro consiglio ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consigliamo questo hotel anche per la splendida location, in una via storica di chengdu, a due passi da un parco molto bello e alle zone di Kuan Alley, Zhai Alley e jinli.

Номер очень красивый,есть все необходиое (шампунь,гель для души,зубные пренадлежности) Очень мило,что были тапочки для ванной и для комнаты, а также детские вещи. Моя дочь была в восторге от детских тапочек и зубной щетки.
Сам отель потрясающе красивый,в китайском стиле,хотелось все сфотографировать как достопримечательность!
Вкусные завтраки, для нас было много вариантов неострой еды. Даже для ребенка были йогурты и удалось ее накормить.
В комнате также была вода,орешки и фрукты
Кровать отличная, горячая вода,все супер, я очень хорошо выспалась!Еще отмечу красоту сочетания цветов и текстиля.
Расположение великолепное,мы останавливались всего на ночь,у нас была пересадка и нам надо было днем выехать в аэропорт. Благодаря тому,что отель в центре ,нам удалось погулять по красивому парку и посетить дворцы.
Перед отъездом мы пообедали в этом же отеле- еду принесли быстро,все было вкусно.
От отеля забронировали такси и нам это вышло дешевле ,чем мы заказывали из аэропорта. Такси приехало вовремя и даже нас немного подождали,пока мы заканчивали обед.
Сотрудники были очень дружелюбны и гостеприимны. В комнате нас ждал сюрприз,бутылка вкусного вина и открытка написанная от руки с пожеланиями,это было очень мило и душевно!
все старались нам помочь и были очень вежливыми.
Я однозначно рекомендую этот отель!

Я не заметила недостатков, все было идеально.
Наверное единственное ,что можно улучшить ,это лейка от душа- там уже пора ее поменять. Но это не испортило впечатлений

The location was ideal for exploring Chengdu walking and by metro. The street the hotel is on is very beautiful, many restaurants and high end shopping and easy access to parks, the metro, the Chinese opera. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and a refrigerator. The hotel staff were very pleasent and helpful.

來自台灣的遊客，小杨，小刘，小贾，小欧和小幸服務很好，飯店也很貼心幫我們預收了很多包裹，每次回飯店都會有熱茶、熱果茶可以飲用，飯店地點很好，離地鐵站很近，也在熱鬧市中心，去很多地方都很方便，可以步行到寬窄巷子，路途中還有小夜市可以逛。整體非常好，地點好、服務好、環境好、美食也好吃！
