colazione ottima e abbondante posizione centrale staff attento e gentile
Dépendance pulita ed accogliente con tutti i servizi camera presenti, ottima vista sulla piazza del corso, personale accogliente e molto gentile. Letto comodissimo e mega doccia con cascata super. Bravi.
Modern architecture but noisy with doors slamming
Noisy. Far from the road in a presentation only area. I had to walk along way and then had to turn around and check in at another hotel!!!
Also there’s no name on the hotel. It’s called something else! La Finestra or something
Location
Not practical & difficult to access
- Nice location. It short walk from the mini metro if you go to hotel on the day time. Mini metro closed around 8-9 PM. When mini metro closed you can use buses. From bus circle near main train station to Corso Italia. From the Hotel easy walk to almost all tourist attractions. Some big supermarkets located nearby ("PM", "COOP"...)
- Big equipped room with King size bed.
- Big bathroom with powerful shower. It is best shower in my month trip in Central Italy.
- Rich breakfast. It include as traditional Italian sweet one options, as american milk and grain muesli options. Cold and hot options too.
- Umbrellas. The breakfast served in the main building. You need cross the street to reach it from the Hotel. You can find umbrellas' basket with shareable hotel's umbrellas. It was very useful under morning rain.
A little bit strange how used precoded system in the room's safe. I saw it first time, from the lot hotels I visited. It is not very important for me, but it is just one that confused me.
Schönes, modern gestyltes Zimmer. Das Frühstück im Haupthaus ist top. Die Lage in der Altstadt optimal. Auch die Parkplatzsituation hat bestens funktioniert. Für grössere Autos nicht ganz einfach. Wir können das Hotel bestens empfehlen.
Klimaanlage und Beleuchtung gewöhnungsbedürftig! Die Beleuchtung kann man nicht vom Bett aus bedienen. Es fehlen Aufhängungshacken im Bad und im Zimmer.

The hotel was excellent in most regards. The staff were fantastic, helping with booking restaurants, proactive on attending to any requests all very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were a highlight of each day, beautifully laid out and the staff were always bright and positive. Our rooms had recently been refurbished and were furnished with top end Poliform Italian furniture...we particularly like how the wardrobe had internal lighting, the swirling rimless toilet and the shower with three fittings was HUGE - BRAVO!
We were in the annexe building across the square which even though the windows were double glazed with external shutters you could still hear noise. At the weekend the night time revellers were kicking on until 3am...just a couple hours before the street cleaners and delivery drivers began restocking the local businesses! I must say my partner hardly heard anything so maybe it's just me being a light sleeper.
More of a noise issue which maybe just impacted our room (311) was the slamming door to the lift lobby. Hotel reception explained the door is necessary because the building is shared with other people and the door is required for security, they also explained a sign requesting guests quietly close the door is on the door - but that seems to be ignored, perhaps the wording needs revising. Surely there must be a better solution. As I have said the hotel is fantastic but that slamming door marred what is a beautifully finished, managed and staffed hotel.
