Location and amenities Close to MOA, METLive..Friendly Staff

The location is great but the unit is not a hotel and I don’t know how they call it a suite The whole thing I’ll bet was about 150 ft.² Nobody at the property really knows anything when you go to check in

The location is good as it is near Mall of Asia. The room is clean and well maintained however the hallway is reeking with cigarette smokes. The communtication isn’t that good either as the person in the lobby don’t have any idea what USP Suite is. The details of the room was received the same day of the stay so we waited for more than an hour in the lobby as they check our names in their record. I hope USP Suite improve their communication with Shell Residences to avoid hassle.

Foyer in nice but when you go to the actual room. It is just ordinary

we booked a room for 4 people and it was too small for everyone to be comfortable

The only thing good about this hotel is that it is close to MOA, that's it! Not impressed. Lacking basic necessities like blankets, pillows, towels, etc. I would not re recommend this hotel to my friends and families coming from America.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it was cheap and close to moa. The rooms are very small. There are no amenities what so ever. The typical brown bag hotel.

Very good and completely very nice everything near to moa and the staff actually they very entertaining us planning to go back or to buy some condo unit that area.

Cleaners ruined my checking out day yesterday. I keep all my plastic bag but she got it without asking me.then the rules was horrible every three days they clean the room. Not everyday.

It's close to everything but the rooms are very small.

The location is very close to Mall of Asia and new construction going up in that area.

So 2 days before arriving I tried to call several times for 2 days the only number provided by Orbitz and there was no answer- so couldn't get Airport shuttle as advertised. Nor did they send any info. Ended up getting another hotel last second as I didn't think this was a hotel at all. the next day they sent me a email telling me the check out time- that was the only response I got.
Do not book this! I am out the money and had to pay more to stay elsewhere- What a rip off

The place was excellent,housekeeping is good..no replenish of bath soap..amenities were excellent,over all very good experience.

The one in charge of the booking never mentioned that there was no cable TV or that we would need to pay (per person) to use the pool. What kind of resort would not include the use of their pool to the customers?

And the hotel staff or management is not coordinated with the agents booking the rents for the use of their room.

We checked out with no one attending to us. We kept calling the agent and she does not answer her phone inspite of the fact that she has an office on the said hotel

Very very tiny condo...Bedroom only fits a double bed that was against the wall...no place to walk around..Bed, pull out bed and couch was absolutely horrible to lay on..the couch was even worse...sitting on it was painful, it doesn't have cushion but spring..microwave doesn't work..i can't just the service since we didn't receive any service.

I stayed at this location for 10 nights in July of 2017 and this may either be a good or bad place depending on what you are looking for. This building is essentially a condominium and not a hotel.

The pros:

Clean self contained suite with nice furniture, air conditioning, and Internet (which worked most of the time)
Good location on major street close to Mall of Asia
A convenience store, restaurants, bank, dry cleaner and other convenient businesses on main floor.
Paid parking lot

The cons:

No garbage collection, room cleaning, cooking supplies, toiletries, or assistance available. This is essentially a condominium and not a hotel.
No new linens everyday and no one onsite could provide a replacements blanket (a 4 foot high blanket doesn't do the job for a 6 foot high guy)
Extra fees were required for use of the pool and an extra resort fee was required according to hotels.com
My room faced the window and I was woken every single morning between 4-5am by the jeepney drivers honking their horns outside. I was on the 4th floor.

This is a good place if you are an early riser, if you will spend most of your time elsewhere, and if you want a self contained condo unit.

You may want to look somewhere else if you are not an early riser, and/or if you would like housekeeping, fresh linens and toiletries.

This condominium may be good for some people but I will not be back.

Location is great, it is close to almost everything. Lobby is nice, representative is very accommodating. Need a little polish on the room. The room is a little tight for 4 people but considering the price it's good.

Very close to MOA, and there's a free shuttle bus from Shell residences to MOA. The place is just enough for out stay. The staff are friendly. There is just a slight issue when I checked in, as the security guard could not find my name on the list, and I was a bit anxious already as it is already 11pm and if my reservation was not verified, and I don't have a place to stay. It turned out that my name was on the list, and it the security guard just missed it.
