Location is sketchy

Continual hum of the power station across the street. Housekeeping entered my room after checkin when I had stepped out. She said I needed more soap. She took the old soap and put it down the toilet; I don't know why. She said I should lock my door. I thought all of this was weird and suspicious.

There was no fridge in my room ( currently there is a heatwave in NY and guests’ foods or drinks go bad if not kept in fridges).
I have a medical condition and I needed my medication to be put in fridge but I could not do that because there was no fridge.
I asked one of your staff for help but he was so mean and was reluctant to help keeping my med in the main fridge of the hotel ( this is ridiculous).
This hotel does not reflect the standard or the service expected from a big name like Hilton, neither price wise or hospitality.
I will not repeat my experience with your hotel again.
If I find that my medication went bad because I was not kept in the proper degree in the hotel fridge, I will request refund for that medication from your hotel.
I saw other guests complaining of ACs not working enough in their rooms, their food go bad because of lack of fridges in the rooms.
The rate which I was charged for the room was164 dollars is too much for the poor service and the low standard of the hotel.
Pillows were terrible and cheap quality compared to pillows I experienced in other Hilton hotels.

Location

BEWARE---The location is absolutely horrible. There is Nowhere to park. They say you can park in the street but good luck with that especially in this neighborhood. Valet takes Forever and is very unorganized and it is at the hotel next door. They literally tell you one price and charge everyone for an oversized vehicle. More expensive than Manhattan and again this whole area where the hotel is situated is HORRIBLE AND RUN DOWN AND SCARY. We Would have never stayed if I knew it were in such a bad neighborhood. The entire surrounding area is run down and dirty and dilapidated. Also, Right across from a big factory. NO REFRIGERATOR AND THE AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK. They were notified via text but no one came. Nobody helps with anything here. The staff does not help, and they are not very friendly. The staff gives you strange looks then talks about you to each other in another language, so you don't know what they are saying. RUDE! There are only one or 2 luggage carts but oddly, they are rarely available. when you use the shower, the water somehow gets all over the floor. We had two rooms and the other room facing the huge ugly factory was FILTHY with dirt spots all over it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE --WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND NEVER RECOMMEND !

Es muy malo el servicio de ese hotel, no le hacen aseo, no cambia las sábanas, ni toallas, no le hacen aseo a los baños, es un asco la limpieza, estuve 10 días porque ya me tocaba quedarme, pero todas las noches llegaba a pelear para que entregaran toalla y sábanas limpias, una vez ni siquiera sacaron la basura de la papelera del baño
