OK-ish.
Pros:

Actually, this was his was the first apartment that I encountered where all electric appliances were in good working order. The apartment was clean and neat and I appreciated the 'eye for the detail', e.g. the curtains that have been installed, or that the AC had a drain hose for the condensate etc.

Cons:

Overall, the apartment was 'OK'. Subjectively, the bed was not very comfortable and definitely, it would have benefitted from a larger, and cooler, fridge. What I disliked (but in a way that is not the fault of the apartment itself, or owner) is that if faced the ring road (car park) and the construction side that is currently going on. Since there are new apartment blocks build, this apartment looses 'something' for ever. There was also a really annoying issue: during our stay we could not manage to get warm water in the bathroom a single time. Also, the bathroom washing basin drain was a bit plugged and requires service.

Awesome place!
Pros:

Very responsive host with clear and detailed instructions. Clean place too!

Cons:

Perhaps just the check-in process - not the fault of the host but just with Pico De Loro management. It's a rigid check in process.
