mình xin góp ý chút xíu là mỗi phòng nên có 1 cái thảm lau chân ở trước phòng tắm để có thể thấm nước tránh bị ướt phòng. Với cả hệ thống thoát nước của khách sạn còn hơi chậm, nên lúc tắm sẽ bị tràn nước khá lâu, thành ra lúc tắm liên tục 3-4ng thì phải đợi nước thoát xuống ống mới tắm được

Absolument rien dans les douches des femmes pour accrocher son essuie / ses vêtements. Mon premier lit assigné avait pleins de cheveux, du coup j’ai demandé de changer. Le deuxième lit était déjà mieux mais j’ai également retrouvé un cheveux (impossible que ce soit le mien car pas la même couleur). J’ai vérifié un autre lit propre et il avait également un cheveux. Le sol de la chambre était super sale. Le casier pour mettre ses affaires également.

Il personale non è minimamente accogliente e gentile, ho chiesto una semplice busta di plastica per mettere i vestiti sporchi e la responsabile in reception ha detto alla sua collega di non darmela.
Pulizia scarsa , sia in camera che in bagno .
In doccia non ci sono appenditi per asciugamano e vestiti.
Non ci sono spazi comuni con aria condizionata , appena esci dalla stanza è una sauna.
