La ersonne qui s occupait de l accueil n a pas passe le message que nous etions arrivés et 1hz4 du matin le personnel de la nuit est venu nous reveiller en frappant à la porte ! Avec le decalage horaires nous étions èpuisés ! Les draps des lits sont trop courts ! Et les murs ne sont pas insonorisès bref dormeurs fragiles allez ailleurs !

Das Personal war freundlich und hat uns früheres Check-in ermöglicht, erwa 1 Stunde früher als normalerweise. Das hat uns gut geholfen.
Ausstattungen in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer riecht muffig und dreckig, Klimaanlage war so kalt, im Flur gibt es zwar Mikrowelle und Wasserspender, aber alles auch sehr dreckig. Einige Gäste haben da so gar Essen gekocht. Überall hängen Wäsche und Schuhe, Sandalen, hat gestunken.
El encomiable equipo que dirige el director Quoc, que ponen interés en dar un buen servicio a los clientes. Cuando tuve un problema, hablé con ellos y todo fue resuelto con mi satisfacción.
Es debido al bajo nivel educativo y social de algunos clientes del hotel. A pesar de que el hostal indica que han de guardar silencio a partir de las horas nocturnas, algunos huespedes no respetan las normas.
A recalcar la disposición de Quoc y su equipo. Si te alojas, ante cualquer sugerencia o problema, habla con él, está junto a recepción, en una mesa cercana, y siempre atento a la operativa.
Otra ventaja de este lugar: alrededor, muchos restaurantes locales, de gran calidad y precio muy asequible. Auténtica comida local.
En las habitaciones, hay un cartel que dice que los clientes han de ordenar sus pertenencias y no tender ropa dentro de la habitación, pero aunque el hotel solicita que se guarden esta regulación, algunos clientes no lo cumplen y crean malestar con otros clientes.
Las instalaciones de los baños necesitan de alguna reforma.

It is listed that you should receive towels and I was told I would get one a few hours after I had checked in, but I never got one the whole time I was there. I also expected a light to be near the plug socket, there wasn’t one either.
