Pros:

Das personal war super freundlich tolle auswahl an essen. Das reinigungspersonal war auch super freundlich. Alles war sauber. Tolle Unterhaltung am Abend.
Check-in und transfer mieten war auch super einfach. Absolute empfehlung!

Cons:

Das einzige was nicht so toll war das es sehr wenig auswahl gab an alkohol freie cocktails.

Empfehlenswert - Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Schon beim Empfang bekommt man ein Urlaubsgefühl. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam, die Zufriedenheit der Gäste hat in dem Hotel aufjedenfall Priorität.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, am Strand waren ausreichend Liegen.

Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Cons:

Um 08 Uhr waren schon alle liegen am Pool mit Handtüchern reserviert.

Am Strand sind sehr große Felsen wenn man ins Wasser geht, wer es nicht mag geht einfach etwas den Strand entlang um dort ohne Steine ins Wasser zu gehen. :)

Perfekt for en tysker, godt for en dansker
Pros:

Vi kunne godt lide maden på hotellet, og vores værelse var fantastisk, med udsigt over hele Side.
Hotellet har de bedste drinks end på noget andet all-inclusive hotel vi har været på. Super lækkert og et kæmpestort udvalg!
Deres snack restaurant var super god. Her spiste vi frokost hver dag i stedet for buffetten.
Virkelig god beliggenhed ud til en super strand. Man ligger mere i fred nede på stranden, da der ikke er aquafitness og fyldte solsenge dernede.
Hvis i tager afsted så få en massage og besøg det tyrkiske bad på hotellet, alle pengene værd!

Cons:

Hvis jeg kom fra Tyskland ville dette hotel have fået 10 stjerner: med venligt personale der snakker ens sprog og joker med én, underholdning på tysk, tysk talende guider der fortæller om seværdigheder i nærområdet man kan besøge.... Hvis man kun taler engelsk (og dansk i vores tilfælde) virker personalet ikke nær så rare eller imødekommende.
Mega ærgerligt at vi følte os udenfor til aktiviteter og samtaler med personale pga. vores sprog. Jeg troede engelsk var det universelle sprog i verden?
Vi var på bryllupsrejse på hotellet, og følte desværre at der var stor forskelsbehandling på os gæster pga. det sprog man snakkede.

Pros:

The food was absolutely amazing. Breakfast and dinner offered a huge variety for any diet preferences. The room was very clean and tidy every day. The pool bar has an assortment of drinks both alcohol and non alcohol and the same goes for all the bars. The spa offered massages that had to be paid additionally but are worth it in my opinion, because it was very very good. The staff was extremely nice and always helpful.

Cons:

The international a la carte restaurant fell a bit short for us, but the other two were amazing. Internet coverage at the pool was spotty.

Entertainment was poor

On the Saturday evening of our stay the hotel had a power cut that lasted several hours from approximately 7pm - we understand that this is unfortunate but can not believe the hotel did not have generators

The hotel was almost in darkness - it was quite early making our way down 8 flights of stairs and unbelievably guests was trying to find their way round the food court with their phones on as torches to find food and sit at a table for dinner - we decided to go out and eat due to the power cut.

If generators were in place then it would not have been such a problem especially trying to get your wife to go out without her hair being done
