Pros:

Everything was clean. Well maintained. Very comfortable.

Cons:

The front door needs a lock or latch on the inside because for us having small children they could just open the door anytime and walk out.

Really nice unit, just come with more supplies!
Pros:

The property and room were extremely clean. We loved the pool, which had a shallow kiddie pool portioned off from the main pool and let parents relax a bit without worry of a toddler traveling into the deep end. There was ample deck space in front of our room and its two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, so location was ideal. The unit was modern and bright. It was PERFECT for Friday night fireworks from the front deck. all in all, we would come back, just better prepared! Also the host was very fast to reply to messages!

Cons:

We didn’t love the pool hours, 10-8 is pretty short given the daylight hours we have in summer. What I wish I knew was that I was renting a condo, not associated with the property itself- so there’s no maid or linen service during the rental period. There was also fewer than six bath towels provided so we had to use beach towels and hand towels for showers. Toilet paper was also limited to one roll provided and the rest we had to buy during the week. We ended up door dashing laundry detergent to launder some things during the week which cost $2.50 for a wash and $2.50 for a dry.
The unit was listed as sleeping six which wouldn’t have been an issue had the sleeper sofa worked. The whole thing was broken so we used the mattress on the floor. The host was VERY responsive and wasn’t aware of the bed issue and offered to fix it but we just decided to let him fix it after we left and didn’t mind the floor.
