I have never ever seen such a disgusting room in my entire travel in the entire world.
Pros:

It is disgusting. I have never ever seen such a room with dirt bed sheet.

In the room, water was running down the wall, cockroaches were crawling, the shower did not work. The staff waved their hands at everything and said that there was no room replacement. the most disgusting hotel in my life. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I was fasting so did not have BF. Hot water shower..

Cons:

Bed. Squicky, hard.. Reception forcefully told me to cancel & gave a room not as per the specs. Neglected, seeing my Bangladesh passport. If this was rs 800.. I would not complain except the staff behaviour. Not worth the money..
