Very good location and clean stay
Pros:

The property is so near Legoland and the unit is clean and at high level. It has good pool and gym facility..

Cons:

It is my fault, I did not see the picture properly and did not book the room that has the slide. However the simplest room is also good.

The best and cheapest homestay and kids very like it!
Pros:

Sangat selesa anak2 happy sampai nak suruh tidur pun susah.. yg paling best dkt jee dgn legoland. Respon sangat laju if nak tanya apa2.. yg penting harga murah tapi keselesaan mahal. For family mmg sesuai. Clean yg paling i like!! I give 5 star for this place

Pros:

Cleanliness and child friendly equipment.

Cons:

Lack of tissue paper / napkin. No cold water from water dispenser. Car park is quite high at level 5 and narrow path.

Area is scary but room is comfort
Pros:

Near to legoland room is ok. Room is really good
And comfortable

Cons:

The area, building make uncomfortable. Difficult to get parking and not convenience

A big NO for such cheating owner.
Pros:

I felt I am being cheated. I don’t know whose fault, both Owner and booking.com are finger pointing to another. When I was booking, it shows RM95. Once paid, it became additional RM88 of cleaning fee. The cleaning fee was never appear during the whole booking procedures. I demand for the refund of such cleaning fee. If I don’t get the fund refund of cleaning fee, I will never use booking.com platform anymore.

Cons:

The way from the ground floor to the level 5 & 5A car park is like haunted and abandoned place. The car park area is scary too and out of maintenance.

Conveniently wonderful experience.
Pros:

It was surprisingly convenient to stay at this unit as it fits our intended program throughout our stay in Johor.

Cons:

There was a small issue with the bathroom but it was resolved by the team on the same day.

Close to Legoland.
Pros:

Location. Walking distance to Legoland

Cons:

Facilities. One of bathroom has shower and toilet next to each other, when you shower, entire toilet is completely wet. Really small space. Air conditioners are quite old and not cold enough. Rooms are still quite hot.

It is a scam. False advertising the photos are not at all the same as reality. On top of that flat was dirty, no hot water in one of the bathroom, and water was leaking. Some appliances of the kitchen also broken.
