Place : next to mall with restaurants, and Legoland and water park
Very clean, and well furnished for a short stay by a family.
Toys and game are very appreciated by kids.

like many others have said, location was unbeatable. easy to get to the mall and legoland. towels provided and some entertainment for kids provided too. check in and out was simple enough
the a/c in the living room didn't work. all the mattresses were super cheap/thin/too springy - basically uncomfortable. couldn't sleep well at all. certain places had thick layer of dust. water from one of the showers came out like piercing needles (super thin and sharp), making showering like a torture session. parking was a nightmare - u have to go up like 10 floors of really narrow winding slopes (a part of the building is abandoned, and some walls of the carpark is just covered by plywood??)
Secured enter to flat using swiming pool and fitness. Short walking to the Legoland and market.

There was no breakfast but there was Mall of Medini nearby. It was a 5 minutes walking distance which means Legoland was nearby as well. It was at the back of the Mall of Medini.
The river next to the condo because it has mosquitoes. Always close your windows and your balconies as sometimes, the insects are able to fly inside the condo. Happened a few times to mine.
Mall of Medini was mediocre so I had to grab to both AEON Bukit Indah and further up to Paradigm Mall. It was only about 15 minutes grab to AEON Bukit Indah and 20 minutes drive to Paradigm Mall.

Spacious room with excellent amenities
Going up to the parking is quite a hassle but this is out of the host’s control. Otherwise all were great!
Conveniently located walking distance from legoland. Arcade machine in room was a plus.
Lacked basic amenities like tissue paper. Not well maintained for example, tv remote was broken, mattress was lumpy, ac was noisy.
Air conditioned dripped water onto the bed, toilet roll holder was broken, pool was closed

1) If you are driving, the narrow ramp up to the carpark at level 5 is a real test of your driving skills. Same situation when ypu drive down the ramp.
2) Housekeeping could be more meticulous. There was alot of dust behind the double decker bed. Can see a piece of cloth, a toy, a tshirt behind the double decker bed. The toilet roll in one of the toilets was drenched with water (god knows what happened).
3) Fridge was leaking, kudos to the staff who responded swiftly and sent a team to rectify. However the team left a piece of dirty cloth in the unit. Could be more meticulous (back to point 2).
4) The blinking fairy lights at the unit entrance caused a headache.
5) Staff sent the wrong location of the unit before check in. Luckily I realised and pointed it out. The boss probably need to maintain quality control of the staff.
Best affordable stay with kids in terms of amenities. Kids had great time

The location is near to the Legoland. It is easy to walk there.
The experience staying there was not good. We had couple of times of electricity outage. Despite it was attended immediately, it make the whole experience bad especially when it was at night.
The bed feels uncomfortable. Perhaps its time for the owner to change the mattress. We also had aircond leakage on the bed.

Worst experience ever.
We completed the self-check-in at around 4:00 PM, only to discover that there was no electricity in the entire building. What made the situation even worse was that the staff did not inform us of this issue in advance. The grill outside our house also rosak cannot lock.
We immediately requested a refund, but the staff asked us to wait because TNB was supposedly on the way to resolve the problem. We ended up waiting until 7:00 PM at the shopping mall next door because it was unbearably hot inside the apartment.
Keep in mind that this happened during the school holiday period on 30 May 2026, when most hotels, Airbnb properties, and apartments were fully booked. We had to call hotels one by one to find alternative accommodation and were fortunate to secure a room at OZO Hotel.
This situation caused significant inconvenience and stress for my family. The property should have informed guests about the power outage before check-in and provided a prompt refund or alternative accommodation instead of asking us to wait for several hours in uncertain conditions.

*Kids loves the decoration and facility
*The top bunk may not be suitable for young children. Young children should not be left to sleep there unsupervised as they could potentially fall off.
* The bed may be more suitable for children than adults. Please improve the quality of mattress
*overprice , maybe during weekend .Furthermore entire apartment size is way too small .
*Dislike to park vehicle at carpark because the building looks like not well maintenance and development.
