Conveniently wonderful experience.
Pros:

It was surprisingly convenient to stay at this unit as it fits our intended program throughout our stay in Johor.

Cons:

There was a small issue with the bathroom but it was resolved by the team on the same day.

Close to Legoland.
Pros:

Location. Walking distance to Legoland

Cons:

Facilities. One of bathroom has shower and toilet next to each other, when you shower, entire toilet is completely wet. Really small space. Air conditioners are quite old and not cold enough. Rooms are still quite hot.

It is a scam. False advertising the photos are not at all the same as reality. On top of that flat was dirty, no hot water in one of the bathroom, and water was leaking. Some appliances of the kitchen also broken.

I chose to book somewhere else for my second night

Bad maintenance of the outside bits
Driving up, place looks derelict and it’s super narrow
Toilet door fell off in the middle of the night
Squeaky double decker bed meant we could t sleep
Gross toilet paper ruined our stay

Dirty towels and abandoned construction project.
Pros:

Location was right in front of Legoland.
The furnishings were decent, but the towels were dirty.
maintenance could be better.

Cons:

The building is an abandoned construction project with lifts and most facilities in poor shape. Only one lift works at night it is amazingly inconvenient.
The parking at 5th floor and the checkin procedure requires a lot of work.
The apartment we stayed in had two separate apartments in the same unit. The neighbours were noisy and kept slamming doors until 1 am.
The towels were an absolute disgrace with dirt marks all over them. We ended up having to purchase kitchen towels to use in place of normal towels.

Pros:

Location is near to legoland, medini mall. The unit is very clean, with complete utilities for family. Decoration is very cool with lego theme, equipped with some kids friendly toys.
