The building staff are very good and the general property well run.
The swimming pool and gym were a good standard and cleaned. Swimming pool is closed Mondays.

We had good sleeps.
A very good restaurant nearby called The Healthy Kitchen which we primarily ate out of because the meat sections in the nearby supermarkets stunk!
The bathroom floor was very slippery and dangerous, we bought a shower mat for our stay.
The air conditioner is level with the bed so we had cold air blowing directly on us.
The unit had a washing machine but no clothes airer or anywhere to hang clothes to dry.
The owner offered to pick us up from the airport and he quoted what he said was the Grab rate of 800 pesos. We found out 2 days later that the Grab rate was 400 pesos. He ripped his own guests off!
The place was clean and cozy. Having a fridge and microwave was convenient when I wanted to whip something quick when I got too lazy to leave.

i love how close it was to the office i was going to use the amenities as well but i only had a few hours to myself. Maybe next time then
the guard did not allow my food delivery to be left at the lobby even if i was on my way home already, which should only take 5minutes. I preferred for it to be delivered to the condo since i had too many things on my hand already to pick up the food myself
The location was good and equipped with the necessities of life.

The air conditioner in my room had a broken LCD, the temperature could not be set, the fan was broken and a rubber ball was clipped to the fan to fix it.
The wifi in the room was pre-paid wifi, which was very disruptive to my online work. Of course, frequent screen freezes while watching YouTube on the TV caused stress.
The room is really clean and tidy. It has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils.

I love the cleanliness of the place. Not so crowded a very nice place perfect for introverts.
I just dont like how the security guard approached my boyfriend when we are trying to check in. We we're stressed out since he is asking for the unit #. We keep on tellin' him that we dont know yet since it's a reservation made online.
