Poor stay, needs updating, should have dealt with our issues better. Avoid.

Aircon didn’t work - unbearable to sleep in. Room was not clean and very dated and needs an upgrade. Advertised a mini bar which it wasn’t just a silent absorbing bar (no drinks and no cooling) which allegedly kept things between 7 and 11 degrees which was totally useless when you want a cold drink. Trading on past glory so overpriced. No slippers or robes as advertised. Ridiculous E20 per person breakfast! We got no refund when we complained so suggested they include breakfast which would cost them nothing but they wouldn’t even do that even though we had little sleep and a ruined night due to the heat. No senior management available to make decisions and even though I left my details they have not contacted me since. Sorry but this is unacceptable and I cannot recommend this place . Try Radisson Blu or others but not this place.

Call to make sure the A/C works. No respect for privacy.
Pros:

The location is great, the staff was friendly and the room was well appointed. But outstanding issues were never addressed.

Cons:

The hotel advertised A/C. The A/C was not working. We spent 6 nights and during our entire stay, no A/C. It was 35c in our room and the convenience was a fan to move hot air. I have stayed at this property before and did not expect this. What was very upsetting on top of this, the manager attempted to enter our room to show prospective guests for some event the room. Since we were in our room, they proceeded to show someone else’s. Now I do not know what the laws are in France, but in North America (Canada) this is absolutely illegal.

leuk hotel maar deze keer klopte de boeking niet wat wij geboekt hadden.
Pros:

wij hebben de kamer niet gekregen die wij geboekt hebben,
bij vragen bij de receptie werden wij met een kluitje in het riet gestuurd.
steeds meer anderen antwoorden het hotel was vol en geen andere mogelijkheid voor de geboekte kamer.
niet echt vriendelijk voor de vaste gasten daar.

Cons:

wij hadden de zelfde kamer als als de chamdre classique het enige verschil was een koffieapparaat.
geen uit zicht op het plein maar op een achterstraatje. een kleine kamer waar net 1 stoel op paste.
wij hebben dit hotel nu 4 X geboekt bij booking.com normaal altijd oké maar nu hebben wij meer betaald alleen voor een
koffie apparaat. dat heeft een zware stemming bepaalt op ons verblijf.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr schönes Hotel, Frühstück ok.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein und schlecht eingerichtet. Man sitzt teilweise auf tiefen Polstermöbeln, Hockern ohne Lehne oder hohen Barhockern. Es wird an Personal gespart, die Rezeption muss teilweise beim Frühstück aushelfen, Betten wurden erst am späten Nachmittag oder gar nicht gemacht.
