Excellent boutique guest house in great location.
Pros:

Lovely large en suite rooms with a balcony we could use at the front of the property. Stylish design and good facilities in the room. Attractive dining room with an excellent breakfast. Good security at the hotel and very friendly owner and staff. Good location within easy reach of the V&A Waterfront and Cape Town CBD, plus within walking distance of Sea Point restaurants. Highly recommended.
