We were ground floor by the front door & an area at front folk sat and talked so was a bit noisy suggest request upstairs

Ein sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage in Seapoint nahe der Promenade.
Das Appartment war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Empfehlenswert!

Pros:

The breakfast cooked by David were amazing especially the eggs Benedict!!..a great start to the day.Also the hotel is very convenient if you like hiking as the start points to signal hill and Lions head are very near by.The staff were lovely and Chelsea even though I was destroyed and extremely grumpy after 36 hr travel took great care of me.I would definitely return🙏

Pros:

Really lovely Guesthouse in a great position in Sea Point - Rooms are a very nice size - beds are comfortable with good linen - staff was very friendly - communal coffee/tea station with Marshmallows and Oreos made my day - peaceful atmosphere - nice gardens - good security

Cons:

No bottled water in rooms - breakfast needs to have options and not limited to one dish - excluding the cold section - my personal preference

Een geweldige plek om vanuit hier Kaapstad en omgeving te ontdekken! En op loopafstand vh strand☀️
Pros:

Sfeervol ingerichte studio, schoon en compleet. Heerlijk binnenterras. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Onze security guard was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Convenient and close to CBD, not much traffic going into town from the accommodation.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice and the table setting lovely.

Cons:

Only 3 parking bays available in the street before the garage. There was however a camera on the cars and you could see the cars from the office. i was just a bit nervous leaving the hired car in the street.
