over all it was not not so bad but certainly not as per my expecations,
Pros:

very limited option in breakfast. they say location is near Dal Lake which is not true. its not walking distance, you have to have a transport to go there.

Cons:

During power cuts( which is frequent) they do not run DG set immediately ( only for lighting power is there) and the operation of Lift is stalled during this period . They normally wait for an hr or so before they run DG set to operate Lift and power points , during this period room kettle do not work also you have to use staircase which is painful for sr citizens like us.

Rooms were big enough. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and warm.

Cons:

The restaurant could have been more cleaner . They should replace plastic crokerery with ceramic ones . Rooms should also have safe vault.

Decent One Night stay
Pros:

It was clean, room was modern and well maintained, bathrooms were spacious and clean too. Hotel has a restaurant included.

Cons:

Hot water timer - I had to request for the hot water to be switched on outside of its timed hours, which they were happy to do.

The room we stayed was good in size. The sofa bed provided for 3rd person was really comfortable

nothing much,,,has parking, near the market

Cons:

located in a shabby locality right next to a mosque where you are woken up at 4 in the morning with loud noises,,very greedy staff always asking tips,,unkept toilets and rooms also not very clean.
