Pros:

Location was very good, very accessible anywhere around Makati

Cons:

The Television is on the living room, might be good if there's another one in the bedroom as well :)

Pleasant stay in this sparse unit
Pros:

The unit is spacious for the usual standard and offers nice views of the surrounding areas. It's quiet, clean, and has all the basics you might need for a short stay. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Compared to other units in the building, this has been given minimal care to improve the look and feel of the unit beyond the initial design: the furniture is very basic, there isn't a lot of storage space, it feels a lit bit "empty". Perfectly serviceable for a short stay and I had a pleasant experience, but it could be so much more with the right furnishings, kitchen utensils and just that extra level of effort to make it feel like more than an empty unit with a bed and couch. It does the job!
