Pros:

I liked the location, the facilities and the friendly staff

Cons:

I didn’t like the cooking smell in the hallway whenever we entered our floor. Also, our room door could be opened without using the key card, which was a security concern.

Excellent accommodation for a gateway in Bodrum
Pros:

Excellent hôtel, highly enjoyable
The hotel is accessed from the top of the hill, where the main building is located. The villas are spread further down the hillside towards the beach. To get around, you generally need to request a buggy, which is usually available within a few minutes.

The villas seem particularly popular with Russian-speaking families, and Russian is widely spoken among the guests.

The breakfast restaurant is located near the beach, so depending on where your room or villa is, you will also need to take a buggy to get there.

The food buffet is mainly local, we found it very enjoyable for the quality and variety and the restaurant staff, particularly Furkan, is remembering what we took the days before and is really helpful.

Our room in the main building was spacious and tastefully decorated. The reception staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

Cons:

The beach has a pleasant a main pier with sunbeds and mattresses, but unfortunately we were told every morning we asked that they are fully booked, despite most of the mattresses being unoccupied . When we asked whether we could reserve one for the following day, we were told that advance reservations were not possible, which was rather contradictory

A 7/10 stay – lovely spa, but poor overall maintanence.
Pros:

Helpful reception, nice sandy beach

Cons:

Most staff speak very little to no English. Getting to the beach is inconvenient, as you have to take a buggy through the hotel car park. Cleanliness could be improved, and everything is very expensive. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for what it is.

Stylish, peaceful hotel with amazing service
Pros:

We spent a week at this hotel with our family and absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is very stylish, beautiful and definitely “Instagram-worthy”, but at the same time it feels peaceful and quiet. There aren’t too many guests, which makes the atmosphere very relaxing.

What impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone, from housekeeping to the waiters and restaurant staff, was incredibly kind, attentive and professional. The service was truly excellent.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed. We also loved that there are so many different areas to relax — by the beach, around the pool, and in other peaceful spots throughout the hotel. The gym was also a pleasant surprise: it is very well equipped, and there is even a separate Pilates room. On top of that, there is a spa, several restaurants and bars, so you could easily spend your entire holiday without even leaving the hotel.

A really nice bonus is that the minibar is completely free and is refilled every day.

Cons:

The only small downsides were that the water was a little cold and the prices in the restaurants were slightly high - for example, a bottle of Heineken cost €15. It would be amazing if the hotel offered an all-inclusive option.

De sfeer is heel rustig in het hotel met erg mooie en ruime, hygiënisch kamers, gezinsvriendelijk maar weinig accomodati
Pros:

Mooie ligging en mooie ruime kamers. Hygiene is heel goed. De schoonmaak zorgde naast voor de dagelijkse schoonmaak ook tussendoor of er nog wensen waren voor de schoonmaak. Evenals de koelkast werd dagelijks nagevuld. Dat was goed geregeld.
Het hotel is mooi gelegen aan het strand en wordt je van het hotel gebracht met een karretje.

Cons:

Je zag dat het hotel een nieuwe start doormaakt. Het restaurant heeft niet altijd alles wat op de menukaart staat. De lobby bij het hotel was ook niet open Er zijn twee zwembaden maar gewoon standaard. Voor kinderen is het niet even vermakelijk.

Pros:

Reception staff were so pleasunt and response to our inquiries. The swim up room was excellent to watch the kids swimming, making friends while we were relaxing. The beach front is relatively sizable and clean with sports activities close by.

Cons:

Nothing major, However, Housekeeping should be Improved in terms of timing and making the room up to the first check in level. We felt sometimes that they made it the room in a hurry.

Super séjour
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Le Chic Bodrum. L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien situé, avec une très jolie plage et des chambres vraiment spacieuses, confortables et agréables. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon.

Mais ce que je retiens surtout de mon séjour, c’est la gentillesse et la qualité du personnel. Tout le monde a été aux petits soins du début à la fin, toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à aider.

Une mention toute particulière à Mehmet, le manager, qui a été absolument adorable et d’une aide incroyable. J’avais notamment un problème avec une paire de chaussures que je devais faire expédier après mon départ, et il a vraiment tout fait pour m’aider et trouver une solution, avec énormément de gentillesse et de disponibilité. C’est assez rare de rencontrer un service aussi attentionné et humain.

Un grand merci à Mehmet et à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil. C’est vraiment le personnel qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable et qui me donne envie de revenir. Je recommande sans hésiter ! 🤍

great hotel, with nice rooms, great beach and service and value for money.
Pros:

my room, a Superior Room Land View, was very big and comfortable for a family of 4. big bathroom, great beds and very clean.

Cons:

in the morning around 8am there was some noise due to cleaning service. however once i told to the reception they took care of it and the next day it was much more quiet.
