Great Experience
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was amazing and the location of the hotel as well. The pools, rooms, and all the amenities were great.

The only thing I liked in that place was the cafe. Would not book again. It’s a motel and not a hotel.
Pros:

It was conveniently located. But is a motel and not a hotel. The rooms are accessible from outside and the cars have to parked right in front of the rooms.

Cons:

The room was smelling of smoke and it was very run down hotel.

Zdecydowanie warto się tutaj zatrzymać
Pros:

Pobyt był wspaniały. Bez problemu mogliśmy zameldować się wcześniej, niż standardowa godzina zameldowania. Personel odprowadził nas do pokoju zanosząc nasze bagaże. To była nasza podróż poślubna. W pokoju czekał na nas szampan, czekoladki i płatki róż oraz kartka z gratulacjami i życzeniami (w dodatku w naszym języku), co było nas bardzo miło zaskoczyło. Pokój był czysty, bardzo przestronny, ze wspaniałym widokiem na ocean i baseny. Śniadania bardzo różnorodne, w tym wiele rzeczy robionych na świeżo (jajecznica, omlety z dodatkami, jajka sadzone). Bardzo duży wybór na słono i na słodko. Strefa basenów bardzo dobrze utrzymana, czysta, sporo leżaków z parasolami. Nigdy nie mieliśmy problemu, żeby znaleźć wolne miejsca, a wielkość hotelu i jego stref sprawia wrażenie, jakby w hotelu nie było zbyt wielu gości, co pozwala na spokojny wypoczynek, a nawet prywatność (w strefie SPA byliśmy sami, we dwójkę, gdzie korzystaliśmy z basenów i sauny). Bar z muzyką na żywo i restauracje również na plus. Korzystaliśmy też z masażu i z siłowni. Personel był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Przed przyjazdem czytając niektóre opinie mieliśmy trochę obaw co do jakości hotelu ale wszystko to okazało się być nieprawdą i zdecydowanie możemy polecić pobyt w tym hotelu. Do Funchal można się przespacerować albo podjechać autobusem (przystanek pod hotelem), niedaleko jest też kamienna plaża z wodospadem i grotą. Okolica bardzo czysta i bezpieczna.

Cons:

Dni i godziny otwarcia restauracji mogłyby być dłuższe, bardziej dostosowane do gości. Przydałoby się też uzupełnić ofertę SPA o krótki opis każdego zabiegu, co ułatwiłoby wybór.

Pros:

Výborná lokalita, výborné jedlo - raňajky (príprava omelety) a večera (odporúča black scabbardfish) s výhľadom na oceán, starostilivosť pri bazéne a oceáne, krásny výhľad na oceán z izby.

Na izbe bola vaňa s vírivkou, ale tá nefungovala.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, avec beaucoup de prestations agréables. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et copieux. Les produits sont frais. Le personnel est globalement très agréable et a l’écoute. La chambre est spacieuses et la literie très confortable.

Cons:

L’hôtel est très grand. Il y a donc beaucoup de monde ce qui se ressent aux heures des déjeuners et dîners au niveau des ascenseurs. On en perd patience (surtout quand l’un d’eux est en panne plusieurs jours). La propreté de la salle de bain n’est pas irréprochable (pour un 5 étoiles).

Nice if you like cruise ship atmosphere.
Pros:

It was comfortable and staff was fantastic.

Cons:

The property is a base for large cruise groups. The breakfast was crowded and had a crowd feel. The hotel is far from town. It is very strange that on the property like this there are no nice spaces for evening drinks - I went to neighbouring villas for that.

מהנה ביותר. הנוף מהקומה העשירית היה מרהיב!

היה אפשר לתת יותר מבחר למי שלא אוכל בשר. היה יום אחד סלמון ולא היו בכלל דגים. לפחות בארוחות בוקר היה אפשר לתת סרדינים מקומיים למשל..או טונה, זה היה יכול לתת לי יותר מה לאכול כי אני לא אוכלת גלוטן (היה וגם היה טוסטר נםרד מצויין)
