Sehr gute Alternative zum kalten Deutschland und den trockenen Kanaren.
Pros:

Die Lage an der Küste. Alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. Das Zimmer war groß und angenehm.

Cons:

Für meinen Geschmack war das Hotel viel zu groß und damit unpersönlich.

Pros:

Hotel enorme com muitos espaços verdes e boas piscinas.
Boa localização, mas uns 20 minutos a pé do centro funchal.

Cons:

Começando pelo inicio, check in, péssimo com imensas dificuldades na comunicação, não nos explicaram nada do hotel, horários, mapa hotel tendo em conta que é gigante, enfim não sei se tivemos azar com a pessoa que nos atendeu. Quartos grandes mas desactualizados.
Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade, uma pena que não aproveitem o que ilha oferece de doçarias e frutas e para um 5* fica aquém. Um dos dias não fizeram a limpeza do quarto, tivemos de ligar para trazer toalhas.
SPA muito aquém de um 5* , pequeno para o tamanho do hotel, e parecia mais um parque infantil do que SPA. Estacionamento com poucos lugares, comparando com o nº quartos hotel, pagamos o parque e em algumas noites não tínhamos lugar e tivemos de parar num canto mal parado. Staff pouco simpático, não existe minibar activo no quarto e tivemos de ligar umas 3 vezes para conseguirmos uma água das pedras, enfim para um 5* e estando várias vezes na Madeira este hotel não me convenceu.

Mukiin menevä vähän alat 4 tähden hotelli
Pros:

Näkymät oli hyvät aamianen riittävä ja hyvä.

Cons:

Kahviautomaateissa oli ruuhkaa joten niitä olisi hyvä olla 2 kpl :tta lisää, hiukan koleaa aamias huoneessa, huonot tuolit inside osiossa sekä keikkuvat pöydät, lattia laattoja irti. Torni 1 hissin näytön voisi korjata. Huoneiden ovat paukkuvat tosi kovaa esim naapurin tullessa heräät taatusti jos olit nukkumassa. Hotelli jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt eikä vastaa valitettavasti millään muotoa 5 tähden hotellia, siihen nähden aivan liian kallis.

Lovely room, great views and good location.
Pros:

Beautiful room on the top floor. Great views. Good and plentiful food. Room was cleaned very well each day.

Cons:

The room is lovely but needs some maintenance and updating - a walk in shower instead of climbing into the bath? Paintwork and wardrobe doors need painting and the rug in our room had a large stain on it.

Location and amenities were great while hospitality was not always the best.
Pros:

The location had amazing views, and was a good location for walking to restaurants nearby. Breakfast had many options. The pools, and welcome snacks and bottle of wine were great.

Cons:

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, to the point that my body was in pain. I slept on the short couch, that was only slightly softer, for half of the trip. My reservation included daily water (water is very hard to come by at the resort) and I had to ask for it several times and still did not receive it. I was never given a full set of towels except for the first day.

O quarto não corresponde as Fotos do Booking, mobília antiga e pouca iluminação no quarto. O parafuso estava no teto mas o candeeiro não.
De resto, bom pequeno almoço e jantar variado.
O status era excelente

Пять великолепных дней на Мадейре в самом начале 2026 года! Шикарная погода и ласковый океан!
Pros:

Отель напомнил мне морской лайнер, все номера с великолепным видом на океан в течении всего дня и ночи. Когда выходишь в коридор, открывается вид на город. Вечером это на столько красиво, миллион огоньков вокруг. Мы жили на 9 этаже и наслаждались каждой минутой!
