Super hotel, bardzo fajnie położony, bardzo dobre śniadania!!

Najbardziej to podobal mi sie widok z okna na ocean, super było śniadanie, bardzo bogate no i szampan na nim a to uważam za wysoki poziom komfortu :) Super wygodne łóżko, duży pokój, cisza i spokój. Gorąco polecam

Wouldn't stay here sgain
Pros:

Clean hotel, upgraded to a bigger suite

Cons:

Unvsmiling reception desk, food at the dinner buffet in the ocean room was cold, horrible. Room service food delivered was also cold.
Echoing, minimalist decor was all a bit sterile

Sehr gute Alternative zum kalten Deutschland und den trockenen Kanaren.
Pros:

Die Lage an der Küste. Alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. Das Zimmer war groß und angenehm.

Cons:

Für meinen Geschmack war das Hotel viel zu groß und damit unpersönlich.

Agradável!
Pros:

Hotel enorme com muitos espaços verdes e boas piscinas.
Boa localização, mas uns 20 minutos a pé do centro funchal.

Cons:

Começando pelo inicio, check in, péssimo com imensas dificuldades na comunicação, não nos explicaram nada do hotel, horários, mapa hotel tendo em conta que é gigante, enfim não sei se tivemos azar com a pessoa que nos atendeu. Quartos grandes mas desactualizados.
Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade, uma pena que não aproveitem o que ilha oferece de doçarias e frutas e para um 5* fica aquém. Um dos dias não fizeram a limpeza do quarto, tivemos de ligar para trazer toalhas.
SPA muito aquém de um 5* , pequeno para o tamanho do hotel, e parecia mais um parque infantil do que SPA. Estacionamento com poucos lugares, comparando com o nº quartos hotel, pagamos o parque e em algumas noites não tínhamos lugar e tivemos de parar num canto mal parado. Staff pouco simpático, não existe minibar activo no quarto e tivemos de ligar umas 3 vezes para conseguirmos uma água das pedras, enfim para um 5* e estando várias vezes na Madeira este hotel não me convenceu.
