No air conditioning, hot in both rooms. Then there were ants. It was an uncomfortable stay and I’ll never stay there again.

Pros:

The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located right off the 5 freeway, with easy access to the Irvine Spectrum Center. The bed was soft and comfortable, the blankets were cozy, and the AC worked very well. Overall, the room itself was comfortable for a short stay.

Cons:

The bathroom setup was the biggest issue. There was no door separating the bathroom area, including the toilet and shower, from the rest of the room, so there was essentially no privacy. This might be okay for one person, but I would not recommend this room setup for families or anyone wanting bathroom privacy. The shower also had no curtain, which allowed a lot of steam into the room and caused the fire alarm to go off twice during our stay. This was extremely frustrating, and we were disappointed that the staff did not offer any real assistance or solution. The pool was also quite small, and we were disappointed that there was no jacuzzi.

I would stay again. I know the pitfalls now.
Pros:

The bedroom and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The limited dinner was not worth purchasing. The food was cold and packaged. The drinks were short pours. Complimentry breakfast hours are late for us 7:00. The pool is very small.

Pros:

The location not far from Laguna and lots of amenities nearby

Cons:

No warm water at all during my stay as well as there is no possibility to get an invoice. The employees are a little unaware of their job.
