Pros:

Memorable Journey!
Pros:

On the day of our check-in, it was raining heavily and we became stranded halfway up the incline. After calling the hotel, staff came to assist us and ensured we were safe with a smooth experience.

The location was striking. The hospitality surpassed our expectations, and the food was excellent. We chose an Ayurvedic spa treatment near the end of our stay, which I would recommend if you are visiting.

The view from the room was remarkable; words cannot capture it.

Very beautiful setting

Cons:

5 Star rating is misleading- at best this is a 3 Star hotel. The room was very tired and need of some serious maintenance and cleaning

Amazing resort with fantastic food and great staff.
Pros:

This is a great place. Very well designed to maximize the view from most spots in the resort. The food was really amazing. We opted for both breakfast and dinner in the package and all 3 days both breakfast and dinner was very good with variety of options for both veg and non veg. Staff was very courteous and always willing to help. The balcony on our room was super big and it gave a luxury feel. Pool is serene with infinity view. Gym was decent as well. We had a great time the 3 days we stayed there.

The scene from inside the hotel was Amazing. The rooms and toilets were well furnished.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the Medu vadas, the banana cake,sausages and benne dosa were excellent. The masala tea and the filter coffee was also very good. Overall there was a good variety for the breakfast. The millet upma was something I tried for the first time and it was really something to write about.

Cons:

The lifts were too stretched as the wait was very long. It was also very odd to get off at the -4th floor and take another lift to go lower to -5th to -8th floors. Probably the -5th to-10th floor was an after thought.
