Stunning views, patio or balcony is a superb place to chill in Munnar weather, hospitality of staff and management is top notch, food spreads for breakfast and buffet is elaborate. Rooms are clean and spacious.
The wifi is patchy. Combined with weak cellular signal due to the location, access to internet can be intermittent. TV in the room doesn’t always support OTT apps due to patchy wifi and the TV being an old version.

Amazing breakfast, super friendly staff and excellent facilities. The staff and the GM were extremely helpful in the resort in every single thing we desired. Extremely tasty food - in room service orders as well. Super recommend this place for a family stay.
Not Much to dislike.
If I had to pick one - maybe the walk up and down the hotel .. but thats what you go there for.
Maybe some more choices in the restaurants - but we could not cope with the ones that we had

There is a strong sewage smell on the balcony. The view from the balcony is amazing but it is impossible to even sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee due to the smell.
They don’t have any alcohol since they are still awaiting a liquor license.
We had an absolutely wonderful 10 day holiday at Fragrant Nature in Munnar. The young man at the front desk was amazing and helped with all our bookings and making recommendations of unusual high quality activities to explore and participate while in Munnar. Our room was very clean, large and comfortable. We very much enjoyed sitting on our large balcony and looking out at the very best view of the tea plantations and mountains… I took the most amazing photos. In the restaurant we were served a wonderful breakfast buffet and at lunch we enjoyed great salads, soups, and a range of Kerala, Northern India, and more European cuisine. In the evening, after 7pm, they have very tasty clay oven dishes and breads. We also enjoyed, the tea, cooking classes, and camp fire. The pool is now open. It is lovely. They also have a beautiful flower garden. Everyday after breakfast we walked down to the garden and took photos. I especially enjoyed watching the lotuses open. The Spa was outstanding. Those young ladies know what they are doing! I highly recommend you take advantage of the Spa. I met with the Ayurvedic doctor and he designed a plan for my issues. He gave great advice for further health growth. I very much enjoyed my Spa Retreat at Prana Spa. Thank you for my Henna. We also very much enjoyed our tours, walking around the town, and the Macofa Chocolate Factory. Thank you for our special treat as we left. We highly recommend Fragrant Nature in Munnar. —-I wish I could post photos of my Spa therapists, lovely workers, and people at the party but Booking with remove those photos.

The views and pool
The rooms and thin walls. You can hear a lot of noise from other rooms. The hotel does not have a liquor license and the food was okay at best.
