Pros:

Helpful and warm staff. Very nice location !

Cons:

They have initially provided us with the room that is just above a stage that was being set for a wedding party. So we have complained about it since we will not be able to sleep because of the noise. The staff were supportive and they have relocated us to a different room.

Cons:

I prefer that the breakfast to be included in the price. During the reservation on booking, the breakfast rules was to be paid at the property at the rate of 15$ per person. While check in we was told it s 20$ per person. It’s not about 5$ problem but the situation.

L’emplacement propre wifi 10/10 au centre de la ville

Cons:

Quand j’ai voulu payer les deux bouteilles d’eau la personne a l accueil elle m’a demandé 4 dollars par contre en libanais c’était 360 livres moins de 4 dollars par contre le prix annoncé dans la chambre en libanais j’ai senti qu’elle me prenne pour un con
Et le parking c’est pas très confortable
