Overall we enjoyed our stay and cleanliness of the hotel
Pros:

The location
the friendly staff and very service oriented

Cons:

Some employees didn't know some items from the menu. As for the coffee there wasn't options of milk like almond or coconut milk.

Fine / not the worst and not the best
Pros:

It’s a nice location near a beautiful street and across a very nice brasserie

Cons:

The staff / hotel terrace are not equipped to waiter even if it’s not busy / no one is trained / no one cares if u want to order or not / there is no flexibility with anything and no one goes the extra mile

The location is excellent in the heart of all things Zahle and walkable to the Wadi and the shops and restaurants on the boulevard. Also has a great pool gym and the best breakfast!

Enjoyed one night out of two
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with great location in the middle of Zahle. Very clean and potentially comfortable. Pleasant and very attentive staff. Nice exercise facility with numerous machines and weights.

Cons:

First night was great. Woken up around midnight the second night by the very strong smell of cigarette smoke in my room, emanating from the A/C vent, causing me to shut down the system and open the window. This exposed me to traffic and partying noise, keeping me up for several more hours. All in all a very poor night. I complained to the desk clerk upon check out. He shruggingly indicated that he knew about the problem that’s caused because the A/C vents for several rooms are tied together.
If management knew about this issue ahead of time, why would they not do something to rectify it? My lost sleep that night prompts me to not recommend the hotel. I have stayed at many 2 and 3 star establishments that were more concerned about my comfort than this self-styled 5-star hotel
