Das Guest-Relations-Personal war sehr geduldig, sehr gastfreundlich, sehr darum bemüht, dass es den Gästen gefällt.

Cons:

Das Essen war im Vergleich zu anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels höchstens mittelmäßig (zu wenig abwechslungsreich, Obst minderwertig, das gut gemeinte Kinderbuffet voll mit Süßkram - insgesamt mehr Kantine als Speisesaal eines gehobenen Hotels). Das Servicepersonal im Hauptrestaurant war ungeschult, chaotisch und am Ende auch unfreundlich. Einfachste Dinge wurden entweder ignoriert oder übersehen.
Das Kinderprogramm war quasi nicht vorhanden (und nur auf die britischen Gäste ausgerichtet).

На этом отрезке отелей только у Акры есть пирс . И с него очень удобно плавать так как немного есть булыжников

Die Anlage top! Das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Essen, immer große Auswahl, immer aufgefüllt, immer frisch! In den Restaurants immer schnelle Bedienung, top Kaffee, am Strand, im Foyer, im Café, im italienischen Restaurant überall Siebträgermaschinen und Personal, was auch Barista Ausbildung hat! Perfekt. In den Bars keine Billigkopien, sondern original Marken wie Martini, Efes, Miller, etc. Top!!! 10/10!

In den Zimmern etwas mehr Stauraum nötig, mehr Toiletten am Strand bauen!

Хороший пляж, вкусная еда, есть территория для прогулок вечером. Можно поехать на морскую прогулку прямо с пляжа отеля.

Genel olarak her şey. Yemeklerin çeşitliliği, ama abartı olmaması. İlk defa gerçekten "sustainable" bir otel olduğuna inandım. İmkanlar, odalar, kokteyllerin çeşitliliği ve lezzetliliği: her şey nefisti. Oktoberfest organizasyonu çok keyifliydi. Bu hotel bir parfüm olsa, kesinlikle Torino 21 olurdu. Çalışanların her biri harikaydı. İnanılmaz memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Puan kırmadım, belki sezon sonu olmasından dolayı, belki bizim kaldığımız dönemde yaş ortalamasının yüksek olması ya da otelin politikası bilmiyorum ama 30 yaş altı bir çift olarak, akşamları pek "eğlenemedik." Belki akşamları daha hareketli bir kaç opsiyon sunulsa daha iyi olabilirdi. Kafa dinlemek için birebir, fakat akşam yemeğinden sonra biraz sıkıcılaşabiliyor.
