L accueil le personnel très sympathique,la taille.la taille et l équipements de la chambre.toutefois des rideaux sur les chambre qui donnent sur la route ne serait pas superflus

Misleading Room Information, Poor Check-in Experience — but Great Spa and Friendly Morning Staff

The spa area is really nice.

Cons:

I booked this hotel believing my room would be in the annex building, and even canceled a main-building double room to choose a triple specifically for that reason. On arrival, I was told the room was actually in the main building and that annex rooms were fully booked, with the receptionist saying I should have called to confirm. The communication was poor, there was no apology for the confusion, no gesture of goodwill, and no explanation of the hotel facilities. The attitude felt very unwelcoming — basically “take it or leave it.”

That said, the morning reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the spa is excellent.

Lesson learned: call ahead to confirm room location.

Les installations SPA, le restaurant, le personnel, la chambre et salle de bains, tout était très bien. Je recommande.

Cons:

S'il pleut, tous les équipements Spa ne sont pas dans les mêmes bâtiments et il faut sortir dehors pour circuler, cela peut être ennuyeux. Nous il faisait froid mais beau nous n'avons donc pas été gênés, c'était plutôt amusant au contraire.

Agréable week-end sous la neige
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre, spacieuse, calme et dotée d’une grande terrasse. Le personnel, à l’écoute et professionnel, a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. La cuisine du restaurant ainsi que le petit-déjeuner étaient excellents. Le spa est également très agréable.

Cons:

Au spa, les saunas et le bain finlandais manquaient légèrement de chaleur. En été, cela doit être agréable, mais en hiver, quelques degrés supplémentaires auraient été plus confortables.
