Pros:

the hotel was so clean, employees freindly and professional especially Marg and Dennis. the breakfastg was awesome and met our needs especially with having children with us. Our whole experience was outstanding and would stay there again.

Cons:

I feet there is nothing to iimprove our stay, what an awesome place to stay.

We do recommend
Pros:

Most important aspect for me is that it was CLEAN. Morning staff very welcoming compared to night shift.
Decent breakfast.

Cons:

The fact that the fan was running through the night and the noise level from it made it very hard to fall asleep. Wish the fan could turn off.

This was probably the best, if not one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It was my first time in Louisville, my second time in Kentucky in general. The staff was super friendly. Definitely friendlier than I'm used to lol. The King room I was in was pretty spacious, with a big couch, nice bed, desk, desk chair and the bathroom was also pretty nice. Breakfast was good except some mornings there weren't eggs and I started to wonder if they only put out eggs from like 6-7 am. Also wondered why there wasn't any bacon. But overall, this hotel was amazing.

Cons:

The eggs and bacon thing but that's pretty minor.

Nice place.
Pros:

Convenient location. Very clean. Staff was very friendly!

Cons:

No discount for the families traveling into the area for SOKY Special Olympics State Bowling tournament. Lots of visiting athletes and families and I understand other hotels provided a discount as a courtesy.

Hotel is nice!
Pros:

Newer hotel and was clean. Nice clean rooms and offered breakfast.

Cons:

Upon check in I was charged $50 a night so $200 extra on top of the room charges that I was not aware I would be charged until I checked out. Hotel said booking should have said in the app. Did not see and did not like they hotel made it seem like it was no her problem.
