My booking was with breakfast but and charged for it but no breakfast was provided when asked the lobby manager told it is provided if asked. no room service was provided of our entire 6 nights stay, No toiletries were provided, rooms were very very small and charged for deluxe we booked for 2 rooms 3 person and 2 person but both were not good. overall a very bad experience and expect refund for the breakfast charged with out providing and request booking.com not to post these kind of facilities which can damage their reputation seriously. hope for better stays in future.

Even though the booking was confirmed the room was not provided they said there were no rooms left

I paid everything online still they have not refunded me and the booking was confirmed but they didn't allocate any room. They said the booking was full

Communication should be clear. I asked for from where i can get breakfast, the attendant showed me the way to the restaurant, rather He should have offered the breakfast as mentioned in the tariff at the time of booking.

Don't go by the looks from outside.
Pros:

There was nothing to like about the property. Very bad location. Only good thing was, on request we got 11am check in.

Cons:

Very untidy. No latch from inside main door. Wardrobe doors not working. Toilets were horrible maintained. Dirty lenin. Very bad mentality of the staff. Unable to load the pics. I have the pics with me.
