Momo und Mateo sind ein tolles Team, die Ihren Job wirklich verstehen. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön (Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Pool, etc.)
Das absolute Highlight waren aber die Mitarbeiter Momo und Mateo, die einen außergewöhnlichen Service geboten haben, immer da und immer freundlich waren und dafür gesorgt haben, dass wir uns rundherum wohlgefühlt haben.

Ein  absolutes Juwel in Medulin!
Das kleine Boutique-Hotel überzeugt mit seiner ruhigen Lage, stilvollem Ambiente und vor allem mit der außergewöhnlich persönlichen und aufmerksamen Betreuung durch Mateo und Momo.
Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens umsorgt – jeder Wunsch wird einem quasi von den Augen abgelesen.
Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, der äußerst sympathischen Burschen, den ganzen Tag über sind so nett und zuvorkommend....man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl.
Wir haben hier einen herrlich entspannten Urlaub verbracht und konnten die Ruhe, den Komfort und den Spitzenservice in vollen Zügen genießen.
Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel für alle, die das Besondere suchen.
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Ich war vom Sonntag bis Mittwoch in diesem Hotel (Zimmer Nr. 3). Leider war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und meiner Meinung nach absolut nicht 4-Sterne-würdig – und schon gar nicht das, was man von einem Boutique-Hotel erwarten würde.

Die Bilder auf Booking haben weder etwas mit dem Zimmer noch mit dem gesamten Hotel zu tun. Auch der Aussenbereich wirkt stark verschönert – ich hatte sogar den Eindruck, dass hier teilweise mit KI-Bildern gearbeitet wurde. Für Gäste ist das irreführend und enttäuschend.

Mein Zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand:
• In der Dusche gab es keine Duschmittel, die Brause hatte keine Aufhängung und lag einfach im Duschkorb.
• Die Dusche hatte zwar eine Regendusche, aber drei Viertel der Düsen funktionierten nicht – das Wasser kam nur bei der Verschraubung heraus. Von einer echten Regendusche konnte keine Rede sein.
• Das Zimmer war dreckig, überall waren sichtbare Spuren von alten Installationen (Schrauben, Löcher, fehlende Abdeckungen).
• Das WC war unhygienisch, in der Bürstenhalterung stand verschmutztes Wasser.
• Die Dusche war undicht, das Zimmer roch unangenehm.
• Am Vorabend wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, es wurde auch nicht nachgefragt.
• Die Einrichtung hatte mit einem Boutique-Hotel nichts zu tun. Ein paar Rituals-Seifen und -Düfte im Eingangsbereich machen daraus noch lange kein Boutique-Hotel.
• Zudem erinnerten die Bilder mit halbnackten Frauen im Zimmer eher an ein „Themen- oder Erotikzimmer“ als an ein elegantes Boutiquezimmer.

Der Pool war zwar vorhanden, aber bei 9 Zimmern gab es nur 12 Liegen – hier wären mindestens 18 angebracht.
Auch der Parkplatz war enttäuschend: Er kostet inzwischen 7 Euro pro Tag, obwohl er früher gratis war.

Positiv erwähnen möchte ich: Das Personal war freundlich.

Meine Begleitung war vor 5 Jahren schon einmal hier, damals war alles Picobello. Offenbar gab es vor 1–2 Jahren einen Besitzerwechsel, seitdem scheint sich vieles verschlechtert zu haben.

Hotel je bio izvrstan oduševljeni smo interijerom hotela,čistoćom i MIRISOM.
Sobe su bile predivne mirisne i čiste,momci su svaki dan čistili sobe i palili klimu kako bi nam soba bila ugodna za spavanje.
Sto se tiče osoblja nemamo nijednu zamerku,veoma su ljubazni i prijateljski nastrojeni,za sve iskazane želje su bili tu kako bi ih ostvarili i učinili nam boravak jos lepšim.
jedva čekamo da se vratimo iduće godine i uživamo u ovom predivnom hotelu.
Veliki pozdrav Momi i Mateu bili ste preljubazni,nasmejani i predobri prema nama,bili ste pravo osveženje za nas.
Vidimo se nagodinu uz kaficu i našu priču.

wonderful experience
Pros:

The hotel room was clean and tidy. The hotel location is just a short distance from the bay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Pohvale voditelju i osoblju
Pros:

Sve pohvale ljubaznom osoblju i voditelju hotela na odnosu prema gostima. Soba je veća i bolje uređena nego što smo očekivali. Uživali smo uz bazen.
