A big, nice room ...,fun and relaxing...!

No breakfast.....Room was big and spacious!!! All Staff on duty (from check-in, 3D 2N stay, check-out) were very helpful, friendly and accommodating! Indeed, I was very 😁 😊 and would want to go again...Yes..what else, to recommend my friends and relatives too! Thank Q!

Cons:

The TV in the room on 16/2/26-17/2/26 was out of order! Of course,I wished I had not missed all the good CNY programs on those 2 Days!!!
Then, I requested to change to another room..it was 👍. Yes, I missed the programs on the eve and first day of CNY... that, a little regret! (I was told no technician around),Not having any choice, I went out to window shop!

Pros:

You can't beat the location as it's literally located right in the middle of the city, within minutes of the bus and train station. Admittedly the hotel won't win any contests for beauty—let's be honest it looks very run down. But hey, for the very low price, what you want is a friendly place, good location with a comfortable room. And this hotel delivers on those fronts.

When checking in I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist called Naim. He made me feel very welcome. Once I took the dodgy lift to my floor I was pleasantly surprised at how decent my room was: it was very large, facing the weird artificial lake, and
completely clean.

The air con was good, the bathroom totally satisfactory, the wifi reliable, and my bed really comfortable. I honestly couldn't ask for more; especially considering the price.

Don't let looks deceive you—this is an excellent choice!

Cons:

The lift could definitely do with replacing.
