Good value, convenient location and shuttle.The pools were great but super frustrating that they don't enforce the no saving chairs rules. Of you go to the pool upon opening there are no chairs available and they are all saved with stuff with hardly any people even in the pool area and they remain like that the entire day and it's a pretty rare event that you can ever get a chair...same goes for tubes at the lazy river. Guests keep them with them at their chairs when they aren't going in the river leaving none for the people that want to float and staff don't say boo about it.
The lack of chairs at the pool, lack of tubes at the lazy river, dishwasher was disgusting and would deposit chunks all over the dishes of food we never even ate...clearly needs it's filter cleaned. The hall noise was also very loud overnight with them cleaning the floors in the overnight hours
I love that its off the strip but yet close enough to still feel like vegas. The resort all provides a free shuttle which is fantastic to and from the strip. The staff are incredibly accommodating and lifeguards are top notch that you can feel confident about your kiddos in the pool.
Only issue I have is that when you check in they have you pick up your pool/ lazy river bands which is 4 per single room depending on accommodation and guest size. But it is blatantly obvious they don’t really regulate who comes and uses the pool and facilities. Im paying 200-600 a night I want only hotel guests in the pool. Not the extended family and friends of friends coming in to use the facilities. Also there is no pool side seating! It is very very limited be prepared to leave your stuff on the side by a fence or to send someone out early to save a chair for you to leave your stuff at.
Das schönste Hotel unserer Reise. Tolle Pool-Landschaft, schönes Appartment mit neuwertiger Küche, alles blitzsauber, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten vom Concierge. Parkhaus inklusive. Kaffee konnte man im Hotelbistro kaufen. Supermarkt und Shops 5 min. Autofahrt entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
The lazy river was awesome!!! My grand daughter and I spent about an hour floating along - the water was clean and warm - we had a great time! The pool was also great - again the water was clean and warm.
Sand beach - the resident cats like to use it as a litter box. The staff was quick to remove the feces when it was brought to their attention. I had to work and the Suite and 1 Bedroom unit did not have a desk except in the main living area - prefer a desk in the bedroom which can be more secluded and productive.
The property was clean and the outdoor pool and lazy River area was nice.
At time had a weed smell

Выселение в 10 и после сдачи ключей нельзя пользоваться бассейном, хотя при заезде говорили что можно. Номер грязный полно волос в душе и просто на полу. Много пыли. Вид из окна 6 этажа на стройку или какой то пустырь где будет стройка. Далековато от центра, а цена как в дорогих отелях. Бронировали на 2 взрослых и двух детей было всего два одеяла 🤷♀️
В бассейне постоянно часть была закрыта, а в джакузи толпились кучу детей после песочного пляжа.
The location was perfect, the room was great, the pool area was beyond fantastic!
The dryer in our room broke down a few times and at the end of our stay, we had to pack wet clothes because they didn't dry.
Family oriented
No stove tops in jr suits but bbq pits made up for that
The pools and atmosphere was perfect. It was like the beach but close to the action.
The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night
