Pathetic place not for family stay and very shady
Pros:

I went there checked in and left the hotel in 10mins due to quality issues safety issues and definitely it was no way a value for money place …pathetic and I have lost a hefty amount without staying

Cons:

Everything it was a shady place probably used for other things and sure not a place for family stay since I was there with family in Ahmedabad to watch match and happened to book this place basis rating and availability but it was a big mistake

Cheap but not worth the cost, hygiene concerns.
Pros:

Consider the purpose of my visit, the location was good. Didn't find many other options in the area.
It;s very affordable. Basic things provided.

Cons:

1. There was no one at the reception when i entered, tried calling the number but nobody answered. I had to wait for about 5 mins until someone came.
2. The room was not clean when it was given to me.
- The toilet was not clean, when i asked for it to be cleaned it was jsut cleaned with water, no disinfectant/soap, etc.
- There was a used comb in the room
- There was used slippers in the room (when i asked, they said it was part of the room)
- The sheets were stained (not sure if it was washed)
3. The bottled water kept in the room was not sealed.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is stylish and welcoming. Room service was a bit slow, but food was tasty.

Overall a pleasant stay. One minor issue with the air conditioning, but they fixed it quickly.

Won't book it ever again and won't recommend anybody else
Pros:

Staff was good and this is the only good thing about the hotel

Cons:

Too small room, also it was not clean, somebody else used it even though I called couple of times to keep the room ready, washroom was used and smelly, bed had torn bedsheets and bedsheets had small hairs on it, walls were peeling paints

Very bad experience
Pros:

At least it has few eating joints nearby but along with it there were many other hotels in the same complex too .

Cons:

Not clean
Not working ac ,lights
White wash coming off from walls in all rooms almost
No staff for luggage and the hotel is on 2nd floor

The room was booked, when I reached the hotel, they told me that the AC is not working, we'll give to room in other hotel, we went 5km to royal king hotel(Nana chiloda aear), that hotel was very very bad , it had cockroach in room, very disappointed, very bad experience, not booking again from booking.com
