המקום מלוכלך מאוד, מלא באבק על כל הרצפה. החדר מטונף ודביק כאילו לא ניקו אותו תקופה. בנוסף המקום נמצא בשיפוצים ואפילו לא מודיעים על כך. לא מומלץ בכלל בלשון המעטה ולא זהה לתיאור ולתמונות שמוצגות.

הייתה בעיה במים, הניקיון היה סביר, לא היו מים חמים והיה קושי בזרימה ולא היה ניתן בכלל להתקלח! שלחתי מספר מיילים למנהלת וכלל לא קיבלתי עליהם תגובה.

La persona que atiende el check in a la noche no sabía inglés. Nunca vi una cosa asi en ningún hotel.
El aire acondicionado NO anduvo y no había nadie a quien preguntar.
