Hotel asks for refundable deposit plus full hotel fees payment but no refund despite weeks after stay
Cons:

The hotel required an additional 50% refundable deposit on top of the total accommodation fees at check in. It has been over two weeks since I ended my stay but I have not yet received those refundable deposit. So please be aware of this unusual practice of holding on to customer’s refundable deposit long after your hotel stat has ended. To date, despite contacting the hotel several times, i have no idea if and when I will get the refundable deposit back.
