Pros:

Ms. Sue was amazing. Super helpful and extremely courteous. The front desk ladies were are super nice and helpful

Cons:

When we got there they couldn't find our reservation, booking.com screwed that one up. The ladies at the desk fixed that after 2 hrs. But were extremely nice and got the mishap fixed.
When we finally got our room we had to leave our things and leave the room for a while cause they were painting the bathroom. Super weird time to do that on a weekend during Mardi gras. So of the plugs in the room didn't work. The head janitor have us a gift card for the few issues we had.

אכזבה.
Pros:

גיסתי ואני הגענו למלון ביום שבת בשעה 10:45 בבוקר,לאחר טיסה מתישה, עייפות ורעבות.
בדלפק הקבלה,נאמר לנו להפתעתנו שיש לנו 2 הזמנות על אותו התאריך,התברר שבזמן שעשיתי את ההזמנה בבוקינג לחצתי בטעות פעמיים על אישור.
הסברנו לצוות הדלפק שזו טעות אנוש,ושאנחנו צריכות חדר אחד בלבד, מרגע זה טירטרו אותנו ולא אפשרו לנו להשאיר את המזוודות בחדר השמירה, נאלצנו להתקשר לבוקינג שיחות רבות כשאנחנו ממתינות בלובי,צוות בוקינג התקשר למלון במטרה לעזור לנו ואמר לצוות הקבלה שהם מסכימים לבטל את ההזמנה הנוספת שנעשתה בטעות ובלבד שהמלון יאשר להם את זה.
צוות הדלפק אמר שהם לא יכולים לאשר זאת,ורק מנהל יכול לבטל את ההזמנה, נאמר לנו שהמנהל יגיע רק ביום שני.
בינתיים עברו כמה שעות ועדיין לא קבלנו את החדר, רק לאחר שהתעקשנו לקבל חדר והסברנו שאנחנו עייפות ורעבות ושכבר הפסדנו סיור שהזמנו מראש, נתנו לנו את המפתחות לחדר בשעה 18:00,למעלה מ-7 שעות מאז הגענו.
למרות שבקשנו חדר עם שתי מיטות נפרדות נתנו לנו חדר עם מיטה זוגית לא גדולה, היינו כל כך עייפות עד שנאלצנו לישון בלי שאכלנו כל אותו יום.
למחרת בבוקר ביקשנו מצוות הדלפק שישלחו לנו לחדר שמיכה נוספת,הן ענו לנו בצורה מאד לא יפה,ואחת מהפקידות הוסיפה ואמרה שאנחנו הישראלים תמיד עושים בעיות, זו היתה אמירה גזענית ופוגענית ביותר,היינו בהלם שזה מה שיש לה להגיד לאורחות המלון,ומאחר ולא התייחסו לבקשה שלנו לשמיכה נוספת,החלטנו לצאת לארוחת בוקר ולא לבזבז יום נוסף בהמתנה.
ביום שני כשהמנהל היה כבר במלון, בקשנו מפקידות הקבלה לתאם לנו שיחה אתו,נאמר לנו שיש להם דברים דחופים יותר לטפל בהם והתבקשנו להמתין, המתנו כשעתיים כשמדי פעם שאלנו מתי המנהל מתפנה, ופשוט לא התייחסו אלינו,אמרנו להן שאנחנו שוב מבזבזות זמן בלובי במקום לצאת לארוחת בוקר ולהשתתף בסיור שהזמנו מראש, והתשובה היתה שעלינו להמתין,באיזשהו שלב לאחר כשלוש שעות של המתנה כשהיה לנו כבר ברור שצוות הדלפק עושה את הכל על מנת שלא לעזור לנו, ניגשנו פעם נוספת אליהם ודרשנו עם הרמת קול שברגע זה אנחנו מבקשות שהמנהל יגיע לדבר אתנו,כשהמנהל שמע את הרמת הקול שלנו ,הוא יצא אלינו ולאחר שיחה ארוכה מאד אמר לנו שהוא יבטל את ההזמנה שנעשתה בטעות.
היינו 4 ימים בניו אורלינס, מהם יומיים טורטרנו על ידי הצוות שהיה לא שירותי, מעליב וגזעני.

Very clean and spacious… one thing, the staff on the main desk were outstanding we were both very taken by how helpful and smiley and lovely they were 💯

The gym is mediocre. It needs immediate and drastic updates. Even lesser quality hotels have better gyms. The pool didn’t give resort. It says here,there’s your pool. I was disappointed. Lots of gnats around the gym. Def left desiring more.

Cons:

I booked with booking.com. Paid for reservations before arriving to the property $423. When I checked out from the property, it said I wasn't even showing a payment from Booking.com. I showed the property. My confirmation of total payment ended up leaving the property on Sunday the 25th on May 27. The property charge my credit card $449.90. I have tried to contact the property multiple times now they're saying that they can't find my reservation and I paid for the stay twice with the total of almost $900.

Pros:

The staff greets you from the moment you come and all throughout your stay. They also send you a text message asking if everything is ok with your stay. The room was spacious and clean with a full kitchen! Beds were comfortable! 10 out of 10!

Pros:

Super close to bourbon/canal street!!

Cons:

Parking to unload was crazy and limited. Valet fees were super high considering it was almost $700 for 2 nights it should have been included.
