Some of the staff felt very dismissive. The phone in my room didn't work and upon telling the manager she already knew. We had to walk back and forth for everything we needed. The GM failed to fix the issue as well and thus was not a regular room. They told us the pool was opened and when I told them same person at that he knew and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Very unprofessional.

There was one man that didn’t catch his name that worked at the door that had a very bitter attitude with every encounter we had

Last year they were doing construction at all times of the early morning and afternoon. Wasn’t aware that was going to be happening.
Same thing happened this year ….usually around 4:30 am for about 10 15 minutes and then a few hours after with the same issue .
Asked for toilet paper from front desk, waited half an hour before we located a nice housekeeper.

The pool was more like a plunge pool and in a dark corner of the roof. It'd be better to say no pool.

Upon arrival, I was not informed that The checkout was 10am. This led to a rushed morning, causing unnecessary stress as I scrambled to pack my things

Furthermore, when I brought this issue up to the front desk, the staff seemed indifferent and offered no apologies or solutions. It felt as though they were more focused on their policies than on providing quality service to their guests.

Overall, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued. Clear communication is essential in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in this aspect. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you value a hassle-free experience.

I was rushed into making a decision about parking by the valet without sufficient information about parking options. He was telling me to decide because we had to get my car moved, but once I chose valet just to be done with the situation I noticed it sat there probably 15 to 20 more minutes before they moved it. So we had two cars on the property for a two day stay and only called for them one time for the only reservation at a restaurant we made while we were there. Waited 30 minutes in the car never showed up in the valley finally asked “Are you waiting on your car?” and we say yes, and he said nobody told me and asked who we told and we told him we called the front desk. He told us to give him a few minutes and after waiting, we realized that we were not going to make it to our reservation so we canceled it and walked somewhere closer for dinner. I paid $180 for two nights stay for two vehicles and the one time we tried to get our car back it never came and we had to miss our reservation. I’ve asked the property and the owner support department to refund the valet fees and at this point, both are still ignoring me. we also had an issue with the bathtub drain not draining so you had to stand in water during your entire shower. I told someone at the front desk and she said they would send someone up and no one ever came.

The only thing we didn’t like is the noise from the street. The windows of our room were not double glazed so it did get very noisy especially at night. However due to the location of the hotel this is to be expected and is not the fault of the hotel.

Slightly tired but still amazing.
