Location. Facilities.
Slightly tired but still amazing.
The Staff was amazing! It was nice to have valet parking and not worry about parking downtown. I was impressed with the amenities and was not expecting such luxury.
I didn't like having the shares appointment but I understand why. It was also noisy from the street. I was grateful to have a noise sleep machine or I would not have slept a wink.
Very friendly employees, especially Mary and Justin !
Nothing !
I liked the location near the French Quarter and the valet service, although it was a little pricey. But that is to be expected in New Orleans.
The awful check in process. You check in with one person and the concierge actually gives you the key. So, you have to wait in line for the concierge who is trying to sell you time share. I just wanted to get to my room after a long day of travel.
They also said that our room was not ready at 4.30pm. They told us to either wait or go for a walk and wait for a text when the room will be ready. We went for a walk and had dinner. The text never came. By 7.30pm, we went back to the hotel to check. The room had changed and the apologize for not sending a text. We wasted a lot of time. It was a poor experience.
Great location. Spacious and comfortable apartments. Helpful and friendly staff.
Would have been good to have a kettle. There was everything else including a coffee maker.
No breakfast/food but lots of diners/restaurants in a few mins walk. Pool was tiny more like a plunge pool no one used it.
La piscine, la terrasse, la grandeur des appartements et l emplacement.
Great location just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon St. The room was large and accommodated our family of 6 comfortably. Full kitchen facilities with 2 bathrooms made our stay much more comfortable.
The hotel tried to book us in for a time share seminar on check in, when we told them we weren't interested, they were friendly and not too pushy.
Was modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was easy. Nice to come back and enjoy a drink in the bar. Nice to have a full kitchen also. Excellent and will return. Didn’t need the car as close to Canal street, French quarter and all the attractions.
All good.
The property is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable.
There’s very little space to park for check in being right on the corner. I didn’t like being charged $40 for valet because several times while being there, I had to drive my own vehicle to the parking deck. That defeated the purpose of me paying $40 for valet.
Great location, super friendly staff, nice large rooms.
The mattress was hard as a rock.
How spacious the room was that’s about it maybe the pillows.
For starters when we pulled up to the facility, the VIP person didn’t even know what he was doing. We found out he was just a runner that took the car back-and-forth. After checking in at the front desk, they moved us over to another area where a man proceeded to try to get us to book time to do a timeshare and that we can get our money back for what we spent for the parking. That was such a hassle and after saying no a couple of times he was still adamant about trying to book us. It was a little too invasive. The location is good, but there’s a bunch of homeless people right outside the building so it’s kinda unsafe at the same time. We literally saw a woman pull down her pants and pee right in front of my child in the street. The room was so large and they looked like they were apartments before but what they failed to do was insulate the windows. The whole front room was freezing cold and we had to keep it on almost 82 just to keep it warm inside, but bad thing is is a small bedroom stays hot. There’s no way to keep the hot air out of that small little room and try to heat up the living room room at the same time. All in all I would only use that place if it was the summertime, but you can hear all the noise on the street all night so bring a white out noise machine. When my husband went down to smoke outside the building, he talked to a couple other people who have been staying there asking if they were signed up for the timeshare and one person said yeah, and I had to literally tell the person that when I get my attorney, if you don’t give me the money and let me go after three hours of having him there. So that was a good thing that we opted out of the timeshare consultation.
The Happy Hour drink specials
Nothing really
It was alright and met our expectations. But it wasn't fantastic. Everything was clean, the room had a lot of space and the bed was comfortable.
The concierge was friendly but annoying, wanting to get us a membership to their loyalty programme and to get us to sign up for some product presentation - we just want to check in and enjoy the city. The price also included a wellness fee, but tbh every small hotel we had been to, had better equipped gyms and pool areas without promoting it as a wellness hotel. But we were happy there was a gym. And finally, we thought to have booked a room with two beds, but one was a sofa bed - was our bad, but just to let you know
