It was good to be there. Staff was very cooperative
Pros:

Service and staff, food

Cons:

Wifi and washroom were too small, must provide small fridge for the storage as we spoiled alot of food. Bedsheets and quilts should have been more cleaner it seemed used

Comfortable rooms
Pros:

The rooms are very spacious and they have interleading rooms if you are staying with a family

Cons:

The bathroom shower is right next to the toilet, nothing separates it
The buckets to fill water and bath
But this is apparently a good option comparative in Vrindaven

Pros:

Nice quiet location away from busy areas. The food was good, we liked it. The staff is helpful. The room is clean except for the smell in bathroom.

Cons:

There is foul smell in the bathroom coming from the drain pipe. This should be fixed urgently. Keeping the blower on does not do the job.
The bed is uncomfortable because the mattress is too soft and underlayment

Absolutely Not Recommended!!
Pros:

The only thing likeable is the building rest everything is a complete distraction.

Cons:

The staff has absolutely no courtesy to even smile or greet.

There is no Restaurant, only room service, that too direct payment on everything you order in your room,unless you will have to tell the reception that you will settle everything while checking out.

Absolutely no clue geographically that anyone can guide you if GPS fails to take you there, in case Administration has blocked few roads due to various reasons.

Rooms are very small and the price if high.

Service staff is incompetent.

We ordered food and tried to cancel it after 2 minutes, the reception declined stating that KOT has been issued now order can't be canceled, we were forced to take that order.

Car Cleaning Charge Rs. 100/-, that too only outside and only mats will be cleaned!

If you are deciding to stay here, I would suggest you spend a little more and book any 4star or 5star property to get complete service benefits during your stay!
