Had fun but mediocre hotel for the price.
Pros:

Being on he beach and the wait staff were all very kind and helpful

Cons:

Room AC sucked, Beds were uncomfortable, rooms are just old. While food slection was good it was the greatest tasting.

Pros:

El hotel es muy cómodo para viajar en familia, las habitaciones son espaciosas incluso usando el sillón-cama para dormir los niños.
Lo otro que funciona muy bien es la integración entre los distintos hoteles de Pueblo Bonito ya que hicimos uso de shuttle gratuito para ir a las piscinas y restaurantes de los otros hoteles usando nuestras propias pulseras del hotel original.

Cons:

Están algo understaffed durante la noche, ya que aún haciendo el check-in cerca de las 23:30 hrs no fue posible que la mucama hiciera la cama supletoria, no había bellboy para subir las maletas y el roomservice era muy limitado para comer a esa hora.

Great Resort for Solo Female Travelers with Ocean Access for Swimming
Pros:

Pueblo Bonito Blanco is a true gem. As a female solo traveler on a mission to cure burnout, it was important to me to stay at an all inclusive resort that would be compact enough where I would never have to wander between buildings alone, and yet still feel like there was ample space and privacy.

My most favorite parts about this resort are its Southern European aesthetic (the facade and rooms remind me of Greece) and the fantastic beach. I was able to swim in the ocean all day every day. This was one of the key reasons why I picked this resort, as many resorts in the area forbid swimming in the ocean due to rip currents. The water is barely wavy at this resort and the ocean floor is visible and clean.

The ocean view from my balcony was so wonderful that I ordered breakfast and dinner in my room a few times just to enjoy the view (there’s no extra charge). The room service was always fast and very convenient. The cleaning service was absolutely stellar.

My top food experiences were at the premium restaurants LaFrida and Fellini. I also really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant Tazuna at the Sunset property. I would recommend dining at the à la carte restaurants over the buffet options - I found that both the food and the service were better at the former.

As a pro tip - when offered the house special margarita at LaFrida, you may want to inquire about the price. During my visit, the cost for one house special margarita was $40 (for reference, the already added fee to dine at the restaurant is $45). I did not anticipate such a steep fee when agreeing to try the drink. As a pro tip for Fellini - try the pasta that is prepared inside a cheese wheel (it’s not on the menu). The taste and the show that come with it are worth every penny.

Cons:

If you are traveling alone, you may want to opt for a junior suite over a full suite. While the latter comes with a full bedroom and feels all around wonderful, the window of the bedroom faces the hallway and made me feel uneasy at night time (the hotel itself is safe). As an additional heads up, the beds are firm and may not offer the best quality of sleep to people who are used to softer sleep arrangements.

Loved it!
Pros:

I enjoyed that it is a small property that allows the staff to meet and get to the know the guests. I like that it was not chaotic with so many people or kids in one place. We really enjoyed being a few steps from the beach.
We truly enjoy the food at Palomas and the staff. We had breakfast and dinner only there during our stay. For lunch we ordered from the pool side menu and we liked that there was a vast variety of food to choose from. The staff work very hard to delivery the food and drinks.
The staff was very friendly especially Victor.
However, all the staff were professional and greeted us.
This was our 3rd time visiting the resort and it won't be the last.

Cons:

Los alimentos, los restaurantes no tienen la capacidad para atender a los huespedes; en 3 ocasiones nos mandaron de un restaurante a otro (de Cilantros a Mare), porque no tenían la capacidad para la atendernos. en fin, no nos dieron el servicio.

Pros:

Old school Cabo charm with the best views. Close to everything so being without a car is easy. Stayed here many times. Great for groups. Servers and staff are awesome.

Cons:

Food was average at best. I’ve done all inclusive many times at this property and it gets worse here every year. I’d gladly pay more overall for some better included food options

La alberca necesita de mantenimiento (el piso) tiene varios azulejos partidos que inclusive lastiman.
Tuvimos un problema con la aplicación porque no pudimos descargarla (nos pedía cambio de región, nuestros teléfonos son de Portugal) y por eso, no podíamos reservar el transporte al otro hotel (sunset) después de insistir bastante (cuando al principio no nos daban solución más que descargar la app o cambiar la región al teléfono) nos pudimos subir.
Fue frustrante porque el personal, inclusive el gerente no nos dio solución.

Oceanfront escape with VIEWS, friendly staff, excellent food and perfect location!
Pros:

Beautiful traditional architecture resort right on the main beach with walking distance to the marina. We had a stunning ocean view to watch the insane sunrise from the balcony. The restaurants at Blanco and Rose are delicious with amazing staff. So wonderful making us not wanting to venture off much. We spent most of our days laying out right on the beach with excellent drink/food service. I’ve stayed at Pueblo Bonito resorts several times and can’t wait to go again.

Pros:

The location of our room was excellent. One minute to the pool and beach. The ceviche at the pool.

Cons:

Everything else. Rude front desk staff, bland food, watered down drinks, NO HOT WATER, dirty surroundings, and disgusting bed/bedding.
