Pros:

It was cloce to shopping centers. The ability to cook was great.

Cons:

There were areas that need more attention to cleaning. Ie, toothpast or soap residue on the bathroom shelf. Draws with waste products in them. The cooktop was not there. The manager did bring one when asked. In the property description, it says toilet paper included. It means you get one ecomony roll for 2 people for a week. Also drinking water is not included, although after my enquiry, they did bring a 20ltr bottle. I think they should be more clear on the ad. Ive since found this is quite normal .

The only thing I like this property they are walking distance from SM City Cebu.

Cons:

I booked two rooms back in December the other room in 14floor was okay but the room in 2nd floor was smelly from the hallway to the room and saw a couple dead cockroaches.

Cons:

I was expecting clean toilet, i saw uncleaned glass shelf, floor not in my standard of clealiness as there was dust around, shower curtain with spots of molds. I had to clean it up myself as courtesy to the owner of the unit.
We terminated few cockroaches perhaps there's failure at the end if the admin office to conduct termite control.
I also felt conscious using utensils because of the cockroaches..
The refrigerator is not quite cool enough . I stored a can of milk for few days, the coldness is so so.
Quite disappointed with expectations.
