Sehr schöne Anlage und moderne saubere Zimmer. Leider nicht direkt am Strand.

Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Die Auswahl und das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Badezimmer sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Auf dem Nachbargrundstück hatte es zwei Häne die bereits um 5:00 Uhr zu krähen begannen, ausschlafen war nicht möglich. Die Anlage war durch eine Strasse vom Strand getrennt und es hatte relativ viel Verkehr.

The property has only been open two months. Hopefully, with time, the staff will be better trained.
Cons:

We changed rooms because the two junior suites we had were a long way from the pool area and just faced bushes. So no view at all. They then tried to charge an extra $7,000 for the change (even though the hotel was virtually empty) and it took almost two hours in Reception to sort it out.
There was music playing quite loud in the garden (12 hours per day) and different music next door by the pool, so it was impossible to sit out on the balcony. We had to ask them to turn one of them off every day. It was mindless 'muzak' (elevator music) as well!
The breakfast was very poor, the coffee cold and they charged extra for even the smallest things. Pool-side drinks service was almost non-existent.

Cons:

El personal de la recepción muy confundido con todo, muy demorados en atender el llamado por teléfono y por whatsapp. Nunca resolvieron el tema que se presentó desde el día del CHECKING, pese a mil requerimientos.

Los taxis para el check out DEMORADÍSIMOS pese a que se solicitó programarlos con mucha antelación.

La cena de año nuevo, desordenada, no sirvieron lo ofrecido como debería ser, y nunca indicaron q estaban sirviendo en cada paso. Si bien son nuevos, les falta mucho entrenamiento para lograr buena experiencia.

Nunca hubo roomservice disponible del restaurante. Tocaba ir a recoger el pedido.

No hay ducha entrando de la playa al hotel para lavar al menos la arena de los pies.

El desayuno estuvo bien, pero fue exactamente el MISMO durante toda la estadía, sin variación. Así mismo el menu del restaurante, muy limitado y considerando donde están ubicados deberían ofrecer mayor variedad de frutos del mar en su menú.

Debieron al menos hacer un desayuno diferente por AÑO NUEVO el 1 de Enero. Todos los dias era lo mismo.

Tuvimos una VILLA en la que había una cocina muy linda y equipada PERO en la que no había una sola servilleta, ni café, ni una botella de agua (cosas que ofrecen los más básicos hoteles).

L'emplacement est top, déco super, piscine super, chambres et literie produits sdb top, services top restaurant top, manquerait peut-être un salon/bar/lobby couvert et protégé pour jours de pluie où jouer, lire, boire flâner.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très fourni, rien n'est vraiment en libre service: pas de café de thé, d'eau, de jus, de céréales, fruits secs graines ou noix, yaourt, jambon cru ou cuit, œuf dur, crudités, fromage... etc...

Beautiful property, it’s new so they have covered all amenities. Opposite to the beach which makes it convenient. The staff were super helpful, polite and friendly.

Cons:

It’s a new property so we noticed a delay in all services and specially food services. Our all meals took more than 30 mins once ordered.
