Hotel nuevo con muchas cosas por mejorar.
Pros:

La piscina, que está frente al mar y la tranquilidad que se respira.

Cons:

Mini bar vacío toda la estancia y no lo comprendo al ser un hotel 5 estrellas. Te ofrecen retenerte un depósito de 200$ por noche para gastos en el hotel que luego te devuelven lo que no gastes, pero si el mini bar está vacío y solo hay un restaurante pues no tiene sentido ese depósito.
En la habitación hay cocina y no comprendo por qué, ya que es completamente inútil una cocina en un hotel.
En el desayuno eché en falta quesos, más variedad de fruta, jamón y derivados.
La habitación demasiado básica para el precio que tiene.

Väldigt rent , vackert och bra läge.
Mycket fina och stora rum.

Cons:

Först och främst blev det dyrare vid incheckning än vad jag fått för pris vid bokningen.
På restaurangen allt går långsamt .

My boyfriend and I were on our anniversary weekend and were looking for a luxurious getaway.
Pros:

The property was beautiful, felt luxurious, clean and cared for.

Cons:

The reason for our poor rating and what took away from our experience and possibly our chances of coming back, is that the overall experience did not match the vibe of the hotel.

The staff, although nice, appeared to not know or enforce the rules of the hotel. There was supposed to be no smoking allowed, yet we had people smoking beside us in the pool and they were even handed ashtrays enabling their behavior.

We also saw people bringing in outside food and beverages and enjoying them freely by the pool, in foam containers — no luxury there.

No individual speakers were allowed by the pool and also we had people playing their own music loudly.

In general, this lack of enforcement took away from our experience and we fear as time passes, people will only feel more free to do as they wish even if it bothers other guests. Which is why we wouldn’t feel confident with our choice in the future when we don’t know what to expect.
